| Answer: | I put them in my washing machine with detergent any other rags or cleaning cloths that need cleaning. Or out them in a bucket with a detergent and clean them by hand. They will never be as clean as the first time used but they will be clean! |

| Answer: | Not sure if your washer has an agitator, or if you are putting them in the dryer. I pre-treat, handwash or wash these on gentle. I air dry them. The price for these is much better on Amazon than anywhere else. I love my steam mop, hope you do too |
