Answer:	There are no instructions...it unfolds then folds together for easy storage. If it is in one piece you lift it up like an accordion and then latch the top to the edge and it locks it.
Question:	How many pounds can this hold? Filled with wet bath towels
Answer:	Hi Dan. These dryers are best for hanging damp items. I've dried bath towels on it, but only after they've gone through the spin cycle. It is perfect for that purpose: lightweight, fast and easy to set up, compact to store. It is not, however, designed for really heavy items. So the thick, plush bath towels, if not wrung out, might weight it down too much. You'll be able to see if the dryer is overstrained because it will start to bow. Always distribute weight as evenly as possible across the dryer and lay heavier items across more than one bar to spread out the force! We give a 25 lb weight capacity, but that again depends on how the weight is applied. Spread out, it can actually support more. Applied at a single point of laid down heavily, it can over stress the dryer. If you're looking for a hardy, hardy drier, think about upgrading to a steel variety. They cost a bit more, but that will also require less care in use. I have this one and I've used it a long time--jeans, shirts, sweat shirts, towels--the works! Even still, I make sure my clothes go through a spin cycle and that I'm spreading things out well. Hope that helps!

Answer:	Of course, holes will need to be drilled. You'll have to go to a hardware store and ask for special concrete bolts. You will also need a special drill bit for concrete, but the mounting method would be the same.

Answer:	I've never tried it but I think you could manage clothes pins. It would be tight though. I'm just not sure why you would need to use them.

Answer:	No. Parts of it are, like the two swing arms at the top will fold inwards, and each of the flat-drying shelves can be dropped into the down position, however, the overall height, base, and the central vertical poles all remain as is and do not collapse. Having the ability to fold-in those parts makes it easier to store in narrow areas, but you still need the height of the unit to fit.

Answer:	China.. the parts in the product i received were the incorrect size and it would not assemble

Answer:	It has a list of parts. It uses numbers to differentiate the pieces, but it takes some time to figure out how it goes together. Once my husband figured out how to do it, he was able to continue with the assembly. If you do not have patience to put this thing together, don't bother with it. But, if you do, this is a nice rack that has features we really like.. Good luck!

Question:	Can I use it outside when needed? In a new place, missing my indoor and outdoor clothes lines
Answer:	I use it outdoors to let the sun/breeze get to the clothes, but bring it in once they are dry or at the end of the day. If it is windy, it WILL blow over...and break. Mine did just that and I am now on line to order a new one. In spite of that, I have really liked the product
Question:	Hi folks -- I cannot tell if this product is ok for use on wood/laminate floors. Do the legs have rubber pads on the bottom
Answer:	There are no rubber pads on the bottom, but the plastic is smooth on the bottom (not rough). I don't ever drag it across the wood floors. I fold the arms and legs and carry it to the laundry room for storage after each use, so I haven't seen any damage to the floors.
Question:	Could someone please tell me how small this folds down to or if it can be taken apart to travel with? Thanks
Answer:	I think it is definitely not something you would want to travel with. Each of the two pieces are 2.5 feet long. The 3 legs on the tripod fold, but they take up about 6 inches. The arms on the top piece take up about 4 inches when folded.

Answer:	If referring to the blue things, it’s definitely plastic, not sure if there’s metal under it. It doesn’t look like cheap plastic but it remains plastic. Hope this helps!
Question:	How far of floor are lower racks
Answer:	With the rack fully open and the lower racks placed in their horizontal positions, the floor is 29-3/4" from the bottom edges of the lower racks' frames.
Question:	Would it fit in a shower tub
Answer:	Measure you tub, at the bottom and check the measurements. Most tubs are around 18-20” wide at the base, so they are too narrow, but you may have a wider tub.
