Answer:	The inside is soft but it is not as silky as the outside. No, it does not feel like cotton... hair never snags or pulls with it on. Also, while the burgundy color is pretty it still bleeds on bedding even after washing FYI. With all that being said, still love it’s feel and size. It comfortably does its job.
