Answer:	I have been unable to connect my WD My Cloud to the capsule so far. I even attempted to install Plex into the WDMyCloud. Suggestions appreciated.

Answer:	It does work with Plex - BUT - the Plex client on the device is using the Android TV interface. This means that it's missing a bunch of features over the normal Android version, like syncing content to the device. The nVidia Shield TV has similar issues. But as long as you can connect it to WiFi, it works great to stream videos and music.

Question:	Can I use a Bluetooth speaker with my cell phone or laptop at the same time as the projector
Answer:	Yes. It has a setting on the menu to reverse the picture, which would make it look right when rear projected.

Answer:	BEWARE! Their tech support will claim that there is a "zoom" function, but this is only an aspect ratio selection. There is no zoom (optical or digital.) You have to move the projector to change the screen size.
Question:	How do I make the projected image bigger. Do I have to put the projector further back from my projector screen to get a bigger image
Answer:	Not really. I wanted to show the pictures from my phone. It does not work, as it won't connect via USB cable. You need to purchase an another Micro USB to HDMI cable which the company does not provide/tell/show. Ok. that would be ok, although for $85 it should be included. Those cables are 0.25 in china. Then the Firestick does not work because once plugged in, there is no way to connect the USB cable which provides power to the Firestick. So you need to run an another cable, to an another USB source and then you can power your Firestick. Amazing how they came up with a great idea and ruined it with cheap and bad design. The USB cable that comes with your phone should be used to connect the phone, there is zero need to involve the HDMI port. Also if they would have moved the USB port about 1/2" apart, you could power up your Firestick from the device, but no, they put it within 1/16th of an inch, so the Firestick covers the USB port more then halfway. Great idea, bad execution.

I use it for several differant types of presentations, some last as long at 2 1/2 hours, some as short at 15 min. I have used to to show outdoor movies as well. The only problem is, you can't run MS programs with out the computer, movies and videos will run on a memory stick.

Answer:	You use an HDMI cable to connect it the computer. I have an older MacBook Pro so it has an HDMI port, but if you have a newer one you’ll need to buy an HDMI to MacBook adapter for it to work.

Answer:	Well, it says it is and I have hooked it up to my Mac. You'll have to find out if its input is S-video or VGA. Either way, you'll need an adapter for your Apple device. e.g. connect from the multi-pin connector for iPhone to VGA or s video.

Answer:	It scissors up and down and the top also moves forward and backward. I used it to make an ergonomic monitor stand so it holds a lot of weight and stays firmly in place.

Answer:	No. It has approximately a 2" rise on the back edge and about 1" on the front edge. So, the back of the laptop will be about 1" taller than the front when it's "flat".
