Answer:	Yes, I have the 2016 BOB and it has to be removed to fold flat. Pretty pissed about it. Who tested this at Britax? Traveling with the stroller tomorrow so have not choice but to used. Total ripoff at $52, but they've got you by the you know whats.

Answer:	I never received mine. I bought it in October and Amazon updated the tracking to say my package was running late and to reach out to the seller, which I did. The seller assured me that the package was on its way and to give it another week. A week turned into a month, and then another month. Every response was basically the same. I was told to wait one more week and if the stroller cover didn’t arrive, a replacement would be sent out. I finally requested a refund after waiting 2 months on an item that never came in the mail. Despite requesting a refund, the seller said that they had shipped off the replacement anyway. Amazon got involved to make sure that my request for a refund was granted. It’s been several weeks and as you can imagine, the replacement cover hasn’t arrived either.
