Answer: I purchased mine from CPO last spring. It advertised having two 4ah batteries, but came with one 4ah, and one 2ah. I contacted them and told them that it did not arrive as advertised, so they sent me a second 4ah battery. I believe this was a temporary thing, because I keep seeing the mixed batteries being shown. If you purchase one that is supposed to come with two 4ah batteries, then make certain they supply as advertised.

Answer: La Sportiva shoes generally use the euro sizing chart and tend to run big. I would suggest going down a full size from other climbing shoes on the market. I normally wear 8 to 8.5 in other climbing shoes but La Sportiva I wear 7 to 7.5. You can always buy several pairs and return the ones that don't fit. Question: How long is the cord
Answer: As several people have stated, it dosn't come with a cord. You must buy a separate outdoor extension cord long enogh for your use. One person stated he used a 100 ft 10 amp cord. I hope he ment a 10 gage cord. I wouldn't recomend running a 13 amp motor on a cord rated for 10 amps. I use a 100 ft 14 gage cord. 14 gage wire is rated for 15 amps, 12 gage for 20 amps and 10 gage for 30 amps. I find the mower runs on the 14 gage without heating the wire at all. If the wire gets hot, you are using to small of a wire. Go to a smaller gage number to carry more amps.
Question: Is this lawn mower self-propelled
Answer: No. It's not self propelled. It's very light until the bag fills up. You just need to empty the bag when it feels heavy. It's really for a smaller lawn. I wouldn't use an electric mower on a large lawn.

Answer: Amazon's ad says 4 years. The bottom motor bearing just blew out on mine 2 months after the 4 year warranty expired so I guess I'm boned. I will probably buy the same mower again though. It has worked great up to yesterday when the motor suddenly just seized up. I borrowed my sister's 18" greenworks mower to finish the job. They both work (worked) great.

Answer: I keep my percolator plugged in for up to 2 hr so it keeps it just as hot as when it was first perked. However, if you unplug it, it will eventually cool down. I don't know the time frame for that, though. The downside is that by keeping it plugged in after perking, you might forget to unplug it. By using a timer on the plug, that would be eliminated. I am retired so I am at home and I have had no problem remembering to unplug the unit.

Answer: I can't answer your question about the heating element, but because my husband's coffee of choice only comes in fine ground I HAVE to use a filter. However, instead of using discs, I purchase the unbleached cone filters and just tear a small hole in the bottom and slip it over the the basket stem. After that, I put the basket onto the long stem and fill with coffee. I haven't decided that I LOVE this percolator yet. We were using a vintage percolator from (I'm guessing) the 1950's which was new when I bought it on eBay - cloth covered cord, 6-cup capacity, the coffee basket was wider and therefore easier to fill. However, it was aluminum, which I didn't like one bit so it wasn't a complete disappointment when it died about a year later. I can tell you that I did a LOT of research before choosing the Capresso. I'm certainly not unhappy with it - I just with the basket was wider and I do not care for the spring on the boiling stem. The reviews about the lid being tight are absolutely correct - we just tighten it but do not tighten it all the way. Don't over rotate when you pour - even if you're down to the end of the pot - because the coffee will come out the lid. The pot is designed so that you'll get every delicious drop WITHOUT over rotating. We don't find the cord to be too short but the outlet is right where we want it to be. You definitely can plug in to an outlet 3' away. And finally, it does make a delicious cup of coffee!

Answer: They offer the tools only option for people who already have Greenworks products and who interchange the batteries between tools. I have 5 tools (lawnmower, weed wacker, blower, trimmer, saw) , 3 batteries and 2 chargers so I am always able to be charging 2 while using 1 tool. I bought two tools as “tool only” as I don’t need anymore batteries.

Answer: Hello there, The unit is self-propelled and will attempt to propel forward when the self-propelled lever is engaged. To pull the unit backwards you must release the self-propel lever.
