Answer:	Unfortunately I cannot tell you why none of it is solid wood. But I can tell you that I didn't really like this product. Most of the animals could go in any of the slots, and it is difficult for a child/any person to fit the pieces in while the vehicle is upright. Not worth the money in my opinion

Answer:	I don't believe so. You can email them at [email protected] to see if they have replacement parts, but generally they don't make them. It's usually cheaper to repurchase the product.
Question:	Would these work as napkin bands
Answer:	The whole puzzle piece is painted the color, however the details (like eyes, stripes etc) are only on one side. My advice would be to buy a flat board puzzle and a regular truck. For the price I am not overly thrilled with this item. If you turn the pieces sideways they can all go through most of the holes. It is not very fun, it is not a learning tool at all. Definitely not challenging. My grandson really is not interested in it at all, yet cars and puzzles are his 2 favorite things. Hope this helps

Answer:	They aren't bad but they aren't really well made either. They are large and light which is nice. One can see the plastic seams. I ended up keeping these as I couldn't fins others I liked. I recently discovered Schleich animals - much smaller but so well made and beautiful. (I can understand the contradictory reviews about this product)

Answer:	The giraffe is about 5 or 6 inches tall. The others are about 3" tall and 3 to 4" long. I was impressed with these life-like replica of jungle animals. My 2 year old grandson knew all the animals from his reading books so was happy to actually get to play with them! I would definitely recommend them.

Answer:	the dog is almost 9" from nose to tail and 5 1/2 " tall to top of head; the cat is almost 5" to top of head and 6" nose to tail; the fish is 4" long and 2" high; the parakeet is 5" long and 3" high; the guinea pig is 4" long and 2 1/2 " high; sorry I can't find the rabbit at this time.
