Question:	could you fit a surface pro in the tablet holder space
Answer:	The slot makes my tablet lean fall forward in the slot so the slot is useless. The desk needs to be redesigned to permit the slot to angle further back. To use it as it is presently designed, you have to be seated in an upright position with feet on the floor to use this desk to view a tablet. Put your feet up in a recliner and you can type while looking at your tablet facing the desk and not viewable. Also, the front bottom cushion is almost miniscule compared with the front cushion. $60 for this when it should cost $20 with a redesign.

Question:	How squishy is the wrist guard, it seems a little higher than other comparative products. Can you remove the wrist guard if you do not like it
Answer:	No, you cannot remove it. It is a bit higher than others I have had. It is not very squishy but it is not terribly hard either. I had heard negative reviews of other products where the wrist guard was very hard and uncomfortable. This one is probably somewhere in the middle. The first few days I was very aware of it as I had not had one previously. However, as time as gone one, I notice it less. I do think "dips" are settling in as my wrists seem to be in the same place all of the tie. Don't know how this will be over time - good or bad?? But, I do find my hands/fingers, etc are much less achy (maybe that is not the right word exactly) than when I use my iPad or previously on my laptop where I do not have any wrist elevation. So, think that is good, so far. All in all, this lap desk is working fine for me. But, I do think that it is all a matter of personal preference so what works for me might not work for someone else.

I would call the company, and give them that number they should provide a new key (at a cost). Or if you're really desperate, go to Lowe's/Home Depot find the mailbox that has the same number on it's keys and use that temporarily and/or make copies.

Answer:	yes it has slots on back
Question:	will my laptop over heat if I use it for long periods of time
Answer:	I am not a Verizon Fios subscriber whatever that is, but I do know this. Your modem must be one that your internet service provider supports. You can normally confirm this on their web site. But routers are universal. So, yes it should work fine.
Question:	do your legs get hot with this on top of your lap
Answer:	To use it as a router (access the Internet), it will. If you want to use it as a switch for a LAN, it doesn’t.
Question:	Is the cushion removable and is it filled with microbeads or foam
Answer:	2 2.4 and 2 5 ghz networks. Pretty good range, but no external IPv6 though.

Answer:	The piece that adjusts the height has many choices. The piece at the bottom of the desk is either open to place papers on or close it for an unobstructed surface

Answer:	It has a rubber strip inside the ledge.

Answer:	It stays on my lap while sitting in a chair watching TV and while I am laying in bed. Works great. I bought another for the bedroom .

Answer:	Without cutting them off, no. They are sewn on. You could possible pin them back.

Answer:	no, but it is some what water resistant.

Answer:	I would say no. It’s just sort of a divider in the main section. I don’t know how you would avoid pulling the laptop out.
