Answer:	I got this for the kindle paperwhite which is not $79. The one that is $79 (actually on sale right now for $59) is the kindle with touch, 6" display. The out side dimensions of this kindle are just a bit off of the paperwhite. Paperwhite is 6.7x4.6x.36, kindle touch is 6.7x4.7x4, so it is slightly bigger. Since the paperwhite fits really snug, I don't think it would fit the touch, not without work putting it on.

Answer:	I can now answer how long is long enough for folding back the cover to read to cause the cover to crack and, eventually, fail. I bought my cover in April of 2015. My cover finally started to show wear over four (4!!) years later in the summer of 2019 along the leading edge of the case first, then along the spine. My lovely case is looking rather ratty now, so I came back to buy another. <3 I don't know about anyone else, but I consider 4.5 years of faithful service for $13 a bargain. I'm ordering my second and looking forward to another 4.5 years.

Answer:	There is no Gen 10 2019. The Gen 10 came out in 2018. No updates to the Paperwhite have come out since 2018. This fits the Gen 10 2018 Paperwhite.

New screen 1920x1200 high resolution, new CPU running at 2Ghz with 2Gb memory making it much faster, Sd Card up to 512GB, USB C fast charge, Dolby Digital Stereo which is not only loud and clear, it sounds awesome. You can look up my review of the new Amazon Kindle 10 HD, which talks more deeply about the difference between new and previous version. I wrote it because I own both devices and made the decision that someone should compare both devices to see if its worth to upgrade. To me, it was a easy decision. You getting a lot for it's price. It is hard to find another tablet coming even close to Amazon Kindle Fire 10 HD at its price. I think the upgrade is well worth it.
