Answer:	The key to using the vacuum canisters is not necessarily the vac machine, it is the vacuum accessory hose. The hose must hook or plug into the vacuum sealer machine and the port on the canister. With our canister set a hose is included. We have customers who modify the hose or the vac machine hose so that they may plug together. Answer:	Zwelling pump will not work on our product. However, the glass version is coming out later in 2021, be sure to check it out later.

Answer:	If the vacuum pump is completely drained, it will take about 4 hours to fully charged in one cycle. I usually would re-charge it before it completely runs out, takes about 1 ~ 2 hours, because I just like to keep things running. When I need the pump to vacuum, I want to be sure it better works. When you plug in the vacuum pump for charging, it will flash red and green. When the vacuum pump is fully charged, it will remain in green LED without flashing.
Question:	Where can I buy a hand held electric pump that will work with these containers
Answer:	Our container is made out of SAN plastic, a food-grade plastic material mostly used in baby products. The SAN plastic provides high strength, rigidity, and chemical resistance than polystyrene. It can withstand hundreds of dishwasher cycle without deforming (recommend to place on top rack only). Just remember the remove the silicon gasket and valve before putting the lid into the dishwasher. As to the lids, you can feel that we have made it twice as thick comparing to other brands. Answer:	It is made for SAN plastic, withhold temperature up to 80 degrees Celsius or 176 Fahrenheit. What this means, it is safe to warm up the food with microwaves. Not design to cook anything at high temperatures beyond specified range. When used in microwaves, please remember to remove the Lid. Do not microwave with lid on, or in vacuumed condition at all. The heat and pressure will be generated from vacuumed and sealed space and cause damage to the container permanently, even the microwave itself.

Question:	Is there a container large enough to fit a 2 pound loaf of homemade bread that I could get for this vacuum sealer
Answer:	Don't know if they work with the Food Saver sealing. The hand pump is easy to use however they don't last that long. I have had them for over a year now and they don't seal anymore. I probably shouldn't have put the lids in the dishwasher though. My shipment also had a damaged lid, one of the flaps that clamps down was broken off.

Answer:	These are great. I've had them for a few years and they keep food fresh longer than just a regular container. Suggestion, sometimes if they don't hold air, take the rubber ring out and put it back on wet or damp. I also suggest to hand wash them because the dishwasher's heat when drying may cause containers not to hold air or change their shape alittle. If this happens just wet the rubber seals and that has always worked for me. Again I say these are great, you can't go wrong. Gary

Question:	How does vacuum mode differ from marinate mode
Answer:	The material is BPA free plastic, not glass. However, in order to ensure the air tightness and obtain better fresh-keeping effect, our product adopts the scheme of extracting the air in the container. The pressure difference between inside and outside the container makes it necessary to increase the thickness of the container. Therefore, you will find that our products are thicker and stronger than ordinary sealed cans, and have the quality feeling similar to glass.
Question:	How many containers do i get
Answer:	If the pump on the lid, it can continuously hold the state. Because the pump can monitor the air pressure in container and restart automatic. If the pump not on the lid, the silocone sealer and air pressure between inside and outside also can provide airtight performance if you don't deflact.

Answer:	Vacuum mode seals the container for storage. You can remove the machine once the storage vacuum is reached. The container will retain a vacuum. The marinate mode draws a vacuum and then releases it several times for approx. 13 minutes to complete the marinate process.

Answer:	👽 I'm surprised there would not be an answer, that phone line is usually staffed. In answer to your question, these are vacuum seal containers, what you put in them is irrelevant, what is relevant is that you make sure and use them properly. You first put your food in the container, put the lid on, use the hand pump that's provided to vacuum the air out, then turn the valve to the lock position which will be vertical (horizontal is unlock), not that complicated. Those containers are for FOOD. When you say fruit and veggie guard packets, I'm not sure what you're referring to, but if you're talking about putting carrots for example in a plastic bag inside these containers, that would be pointless.
