Answer:	Yes, it is. But we have an English installation manual, you can refer to the manual. It is very easy.
Question:	Can I put my microwave on the top of it
Answer:	I futzed around with mine, hesitant to put my large capacity microwave on it, because I was sure it was going to fall. I decided to put it up there on a weekend so that I was home because I was terrified that it would fall. So it sat there Saturday. All good. Took it off because I was terrified that it would fall during the night. Put it back up there on Sunday. All good. So, I finally left it up there overnight, but slept on the couch just in case. All good. I've been inspecting it every so often, and I've not seen any sign of it warping or starting to buckle under the weight, so I would think that it would be ok. Just keep an eye on it at the beginning and make sure that you don't see buckling or warping and you should be fine.
