Answer:	I think the average adult woman would be able to wear it. I can wear it on the 5th from the loosest setting (so 4 holes that would be looser) and I think my wrist is probably fairly average-sized. It’s hard to get an exact measurement because it doesn’t lay flat, but I measured roughly with a tape measure and it’s about 8.5 or 9 inches long.
