Answer:	I've used these to bring things like pasta with sauce, stew, yogurt, and even soup to work, and I have no issues with them leaking. That being said, These are not going to be "leak proof" the way something with a screw-on lid is leakproof. Also, make sure you remove the little lid that holds the utensils (and the utensils) prior to putting in the microwave. Before you put it in the microwave, there are little air plugs in each lid that you pull up for steam to escape. Very cool and convenient!
