Question:	If I place something that weighs approximately 7 lbs on it, will that be enough weight to keep the turntable stationary when I want it to turn
Answer:	I have a small TV on mine (less than 7 lbs) and because of the rubber stoppers on the bottom it never moves when I turn the TV back and forth. It has not slid since I have owed it.
Question:	Will this hold old style TV's
Answer:	As long as the bottom of the TV, the part that would actually rest on the turntable, has something to support it, then yes. If the bottom is a hollowed-out shell type support, or if there are "feet" at the corners of the TV that would keep the bottom of the TV from touching the turntable, you should be fine. As for sizing, the turntable is plastic and too much weight on too little plastic will eventually cause problems, no matter what the product is. But when you increase the size of the turntable to distribute the weight over a larger area, then part of the circular turntable could extend out in front of the face of the TV. As such, the swivel is no longer "invisible." However, the plastic is a bit darker than the pic shows, and that helps make it not as noticeable, especially if it's resting on a medium or dark colored surface. I bought a couple for some monitor stands and the swivel is very even and smooth and stops where you leave it (as opposed to others that are so loose or slick that they continue move even after you stop turning it.) I would definitely buy them again.
Question:	Can this spin really fast on the ball bearings? I want to use it for splatter painting canvases
Answer:	I use it for turning a 42 inch flat screen. It is excellent in that there is almost no friction. Regarding fast rotation it depends on how many rpms you are looming for.
Question:	Can I use for a scrabble board
Answer:	A scrabble board would be larger than the turntable, but you could set the board on top. I’m not sure how you will control the turning, since it’s likely the board will just slide across the turntable. I use it for painting and when I grab the piece I am painting the weight of the piece turns the turntable.

Answer:	The weight of the cables attached to the TV is what causes it to spin back straight. We had the same problem and solved it by wedging a decorative pencil eraser under one edge. It works perfectly and doesn't mar the finish of the wood electronics cabinet beneath the turntable.

Answer:	No, it does not set or adjust the time automatically. It's a basic but nice clock, with other features like a USB port and night light.

Answer:	Hi Maybe, maybe a small one, but really mostly likely no. Despite seeing the photos provided I still envisioned it larger. I shouldn’t have. It’s really as it is shown. It holds a drink in the middle and has a small area on either side - to hold a banana, a pile of crackers, or a handful of fruit like grapes. It’s really small. Snack size only and without the bowl to hold the snack.... right onto the tray it goes! Danielle

Answer:	Yes, you can attach a wooden base as well as a top.
Question:	Can these rings support moment loading? (slewing or eccentric loading
Answer:	Probably depends on your application. My knowledge of moment and eccentric loads is very limited, but I seem to recall it involving high torque and loads / forces that are often working against the preferred motion. This product is quality, but nothing like a sealed / industrial bearing. There is a minor amount of play between inner and out rings and the aluminum body will eventually flex under unequal pressure pinching or constricting the bearing movement. I used this product to create a custom turnable embedded flush into a round dining table. The turn table was 1.25" thick 28" diameter ash with 4" of overhang beyond hardware circumference. The hardware rotated nice and free even with pressure on the outer edges. However, unlike a traditional application where one ring is just resting on a surface, I fastened to table pedestal. This installation required exactness otherwise the fasteners would skew the aluminum body causing the pinching I referred to above. My point ... there is flex at some point, so depending on your application and load intensity, this could become an issue. Maybe contact the manufacturer on use if you have an exact application in mind.
Question:	I have a round piece of granite (18” diameter) that I want to use as a lazy Susan on my kitchen counter. Can it be permanently attached? Size needed
Answer:	Yes you can . It has three threaded holes. Attaching the granite stone maybe tricky. You may consider using silicone pads and simply placing the granite on the ring. The weight of granite top and the friction offered by silicone will keep it in place.. For a 18” top, I would consider a 15-16” ring.. even a 12” might suffice.
Question:	If I have a 54 inches diam round table, what is the size for the top glass and what the size for the lazy susan
Answer:	For my 72 inch round table I used a 20 inch Tambee lazy Susan and a 38 inch dia 1/4 inch thick glass. This gave me a 17 inch space for the placemats all around which is working out pretty good. You don’t want the glass top to be too small for the dishes to be out of reach or too large that you don’t have enough space for your place mats. I made a paper template to arrive at my dimensions. You may want to do the same. Applying the same ratios, you will end up with a 20 to 22 22 inch glass and a 12 to 16 inch lazy Susan. I suggest you make a paper/cardboard template and test it out before ordering.

Question:	What is the diameter of the hole in the middle
Answer:	That is not a functional hole if you were thinking of using it for something, like running a wire or cable through it. It has a locking plug in it which connects the top and bottom plates, and also locks all the ball bearings in place. I cannot tell you if the plug is removeable.

Answer:	At its widest the trapezoid is 24 inches wide. The widest depth is 16 inches. Because it angles your base will hang off on the sides. It should still work though.

Answer:	I would think so as long as it is centered and secured. I have large plants on mine, so that I can turn them easily to sun all the sides of the plants.

While that's not nearly 20 lbs, I just took the other one and stood on it, and it does indeed spin, even with my ill-distributed weight upon it - and I'm about 130 lbs more than your slab. I think you'll be fine!

Question:	Does this have rubber feet one or both sides? I need to be able to slide this out (with a crock pot on it) from back kitchen counter space. Thanks
Answer:	I don't know for sure but I think it has rubber feet. Does the description tell if it does or not? I don't personally have this item. I bought it for one of the guys in the office a number of of years ago who wanted his laptop to be able to rotate but stay in one place. If it were me, I would try to put some felt padds that you can purchase most anywhere, on whatever feet there were and I would think that would make it possible to slide easily.
Question:	Will this turn table teeter to one side, or is it solid all the way around
Answer:	I was keeping my monitor on it and it worked great - never noticed any teetering.
