Blower/vacs can be used as both blowers and vacuum/mulchers depending on which attachments are connected. Answer:	I haven't used it on frozen meat yet, but I can imagine after using it on refrigerated meat, it will work well on frozen meat also. You will have to go a little slower and not let it bog down, but I am planning on freezing my sirloin tip roasts before I cut next time to get a more consistent cut for making jerky. I am going to let it thaw a bit first before attempting it.

The product tray of our KWS MS-12HP meat slicer is mounted at a 45 degree angle, which uses gravity to better hold the product against the knife so you apply less pressure while ensuring a more consistent product.
