Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Question:	How do I get these into bluetooth pairing mode? I tried long pressing the power button but nothing
Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!

Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. Answer:	Doesn't say anything but, when turned on it sounds 3 tones (higher pitched) and when turned off it sounds 3 tones (lower pitched). To me the tones are louder than they should be. The Sony XB20 has tones too but are much softer.

Answer:	I'm not sure if there is a way to check the level by pushing a button, but I did hear mine say "Battery Low" when it was playing and it lasted a few more songs and then I knew to charge it after that use. As soon as I plugged in the usb charger there was a red light that went away after it was charged fully, around 2.5 hours. Hope this helps.

Question:	Can they be used in water
Answer:	According to the company, the IPX7 waterproof rating means they dunked the headphones briefly in water. They are NOT meant for submission in water (which is why i bought them, to save my $199 Beats, which are MORE water resistant than these are.) The quality is good (but not $199 good, of course) and while the packaging was impressive (3 ear tip types, a car charger, a lightning charger (which I could not get to work with the headphones,) a small 1' USB micro charger, and a carrying case, in a hard box similar to an Apple product) I cannot rate this product higher than a 1, since it did not fulfill the function I thought I was purchasing it for. If I just wanted headphones, I'd totally be down with these - but since they claimed they are waterproof and came up under the #swimming tag, I have to rate them 1. :-( BTW, I contacted them with the question, are these waterproof? and they responded with the above information. I am sorry i couldn't give them a higher rating, because their customer service was also awesome. I sent mine back because they were *not* waterproof for swimming, that's the only reason.

Question:	How do you know when it's done charging
Answer:	There's a red light when it's charging and I think it just turns off when it's done? I can't remember off hand but if the light doesn't turn off it changes somehow. I usually just plug mine in and leave it for a couple hours (you can't use it when it's charging btw) and it's good to go.
Question:	Is there a way to 'reset' the speaker? Mine is just blinking blue and won't turn off, or connect to any devices, even after pressing the power button
Answer:	Put it on radio mode and let the battery drain until it dies..this resets it. Recharge then pair it again to your device. This worked for me after mine somehow wouldn't pair all of a sudden after several uses it kept trying to pair but couldnt connect.
Question:	Does it have fm radio
Answer:	you can get the SB510FM or SB517FM version if you want radio.
Question:	Can I leave my phone in my bedroom and use this down the hall in the shower? Or must they be closer to each other
Answer:	Yes. I turn on my phone/music usually in the kitchen on the charger and have the bot in the shower. Estimate around 40 feet away. No connection issues.
