Device Setup Instructions(The User Manual has all details for the APP):

• Step 1: Download and install the APP on your phone / pad.
• Step 2: Locate the OBD2 diagnostic port and Plug the device into the 16-Pin Data Link Connector (DLC) of your vehicle. Make sure the connection is good. “RED LED” always on for power indication. “BLUE LED” flashes when plug in for paring or in communication with ECU. When no communication, the “BLUE LED” might be off.
• Step 3: Turn ignition key to the ON position (or start up the vehicle running at idle speed).

Answer:	The Version is Bluetooth LE 4.0 (Bluetooth Low Energy version 4.0) The user guide states " Please Note, Apple iOS devices are compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 adapters. Bluetooth 2.0 adapters are NOT supported due to Apple iOS limitations" I was successfully able to connect to the Panlong OBD2 Scanner with my Apple iPhone.
Question:	If this is an elm reader (or an elm emulator) which version does it use (eg. elm 1.4, 1.5, 2.1, 2.2)? if you are a customer what software did you use
Answer:	It will display anything the computer reads. Add long as the computer reads boost pressure it will display it.
