Question:	Does it have wifi feature
Answer:	The answer someone gave that they cooked a pot roast and vegetables in one hour is questionable. Perhaps if the meat was cut into very thin slices, it could work, though it’s doubtful that hard vegetables like carrots & potatoes would be done. In a slow cooker, the “high” temperature is still very low at 300°. For tender meat, especially large pieces like pot roast, and hard vegetables, you must cook it several hours on high or many hours on low (or a combination of both high and low). The high setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours is equivalent to 15-30 minutes in a moderate (350°) oven. I’ve used slow cookers for 30 years. They are not fast, as their name implies!
Question:	Does the instant pot max have usda approval for pressure canning
Answer:	If it helps any, I have a Nesco Roaster & the inner pot to it is lightweight & ceramic coated. It roasts & cooks some of the best pork, beef, poultry. I'm reading up on the newest Instant Pot releases myself. I like this Aura & also the Gem but would like to know the maximum pound size these take. The only reason I'm looking to replace the Nesco with an IP roaster is to have better temperature setting. Nesco has a knob with far too much 'play' in the turn. I want more precise roast setting ability.

Answer:	131 is the golden number. I cooked a turkey breast at 131 after injecting it with a spicy butter garlic mix for 24 hours. I cook all my steaks at 131 for 4 hours and my chicken the same... that is the magic number for at least 4 hours but turkey and pork are 24+ hours. For the turkey breast, I filled the bag with oil so the temperature would distribute evenly in the bag. As long as you get all the air out.
Question:	Is it usda approved for canning
Answer:	To help clean it if you have a hard mess. Put 4 cups of water in the pan and set it on the steam function for 15 or so minutes.

Answer:	It DOES NOT have a non-stick coating. This is a classic quarter sheet that I think you would find in many commercial establishments, perfect size for many tasks. Highly recommended.I purposely bought it because it does not have a coating. I do not like those coatings, just as I have sworn off teflon coatings, but that is another story.

Question:	What is the difference between a "quick" release and release "naturally" after cooking
Answer:	You will want to use the "quick release" for more delicate foods like fish/seafood, chicken, or egg dishes that have carry-over cooking from residual heat, and will get tough or overdone easily. Remember to stand back when quick releasing - it is quite a blast of super hot vapor. Roasts, soups, stews, and chili type dishes that are not harmed by additional cooking time can be "naturally released" (caution with any residual steam when you open valve and lid). Question:	Difference between duo and lux
Answer:	Hi there! The most basic model series we have is the LUX, which is a 6-in-1 that combines a Pressure Cooker, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Steamer, Saute Pan, and Warmer. It is available in 3 quart (LUX Mini), 6 quart (LUX60 V3), and 8 quart (LUX80) sizes. Please note that this model only operates on High pressure-- every other model has both High AND Low pressure settings. The DUO is a 7-in-1 that does everything that the LUX does, plus it has a Yogurt Maker incorporated. As mentioned, it and every pot following will have the ability to cook at either High or Low pressure settings. The DUO series is available in 3 quart (DUO Mini), 6 quart (DUO60 V3), and 8 quart (DUO80 V2) sizes.
Question:	Would this completely replace my crock pot and stove top pressure cooker? does it work well as a slow cooker
Answer:	It can replace both of those items, but I wouldn't do that. Slow cookers are versatile in other ways than electric pressure cookers. Sure, you can't cook beans right but you can slow cook the heck out of other things. Made chicken thighs and veggies TONIGHT in 20 minutes (5 minutes to pressurize, 5 to pressure cook, and 10 to perform a natural pressure release) without having to lift a finger. There's something to be said for that.
Question:	What is the smallest amount of rice it will cook
Answer:	Hello! The LUX60 needs at least 1 cup of water to work correctly. If you do a 1-1 ratio for your rice, you can do a minimum of 1 cup of rice.
