Answer:	I don't submerge on purpose but I'm sure water gets in ...but let it dry out and I have not had any problem with this pan in fact it it better than any coated fry pan... great purchase..when somthing sticks...put a 1/2 of water in it and turn up to 150 derees for a few minutes..let cool a little and it cleans great..if you don't want any marks in the pan at all...get a container of the cleaner that is used on a glass cooking surface, put a little on when cool and with a slight rub..it looks like new...this is a great purchase ..wish the temp knob showed more values

Care and Cleaning：

1. Aozita inserts are dishwasher safe but hand drying is recommended for a spotless shine.

2. Do not use steel wool, bleach or strong abrasive cleaners. If you decide to hand-wash your inserts, use mild detergents and warm water.

3. Whether you are washing your inserts by hand or in the dishwasher, it is important to dry it promptly so that spotting, streaking, discoloration, or corrosion does not occur.

How to use? The Dos and Dont's!

1. Remove stainless steel pans from their handle.

2. Place food in both pans and cover with chosen lid (steaming lid for steaming food, sealing lid for re-heating or pot-in-pot cooking).

3. Place the pans back into their handle for easy removal and insertion of pans.

4. Add water to the bottom of the cooker and bring to a boil. Place the stainless steel pans including the handle inside the cooker and cook as normal.

Please Note:

1.The bottom pan cooks slightly faster than the top pan, therefore meats and items that require a longer cooking time are better placed in the bottom pan.

2.Make sure you always have enough liquid to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook.

3.If cooking pasta or rice using the PIP method, you need liquid both in the inner pot of your Instant Pot to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook AND water in the bowl with the pasta or rice. Otherwise it won't cook.

Answer:	Of course you can separate the pot from the base. Just make sure you remove the plug first and then kind of slide it out at an angle. When putting it back on, make certain you hear the snapping click to ensure that it is truly stable before cooking in it again.

Answer:	Absolutely!!! Just leave the egg inside the shell and fry away..jk In a pinch you can line the pan with aluminum foil.

Answer:	You may run into some trouble. - First of all, not all airplanes come with a 110 volt socket. Some have the 12 V "cigarette lighter" that you will find in cars, so you'll have to bring an inverter. - The second problem is the splatter. I got the stink eye from the person in the aisle row because my bacon splattered on him. Jerk. - Also, the flight attendants got mad when I started selling my hot Oregon Style Fried Chicken drumsticks up the aisle. Turns out that the "Friendly Skies" don't like competition. Beyond those instances it has turned out great.

Answer:	These types of pans are not normally used for baking in the oven(because of the handles), but are used for stovetop cooking.

Answer:	The space between each rack is 2 1/2 inches, so unfortunately, this will not accommodate a 3-inch-high pan. We had two 3-inch pans that had been destined for this organizer, and now we will not be able to store them there.
Question:	How strong is the rack? The photo shows a small cast iron pan on top; could one actually store a 12-inch cast iron pan on any but the bottom rack
Answer:	I don't know about cast iron but the 10" heavy gauge aluminum pans I use seem to max out the wire shelves. There is no clearance for lids either. But for smaller pans 8" or less it seems to be ok.

Question:	Could you tell me if the lid is plastic or glass? Thanks so much
Answer:	The lid is glass with a stainless steel rim, a plastic handle on top, and a steam venting hole that is about 5/16 inch diameter (this is not a rice cooker with an all-plastic hinged lid). My old rice cooker lid has a smaller steam venting hole that's about 3/16 inch diameter.

Answer:	Hello Sir, i have used this product on several vehicles. But have not used on a fifthwheel. I do know with just buffing out a exterior of a fifthwheel in the past, one thing is to control the heat on the paint. With the decal remover it does produce a lot of heat with either the body of your fifthwheel being fiberglass or Aluminum. I could do some research through my connections to see if this product will work.
Question:	I see the markings on the pot stop at '10', which is 2.5 quarts, I don't see how there could possibly be room left for another 3.5 quarts in this
Answer:	Hi and thanks for your question. When using an eraser wheel you have to pick your surface carefully. No one is implying that an eraser wheel is okay to use on any surface. As stated in our product description, you can safely use the eraser wheel on clear coated or sealed auto body and marine surfaces, chromes, and glass. You can find examples of our wheel used successfully in our product reviews, as well as on videos made on social media platforms. Just search for our brand name. Where the wheel is not advised, is on raw paint, wood, aluminium, or plastics. It all has to do with the compounds in the eraser wheel. The rubber acts as a mild abrasive which is perfectly safe on auto body surfaces as the wheel is designed to be softer than the surface of a well painted body panel, but harder than the adhesive being removed. In some instances there may be a dull sheen left behind on the surface from the wheel (due to it being a mild abrasive), but this is easily restored with a good car polish or wax. Question:	Is it made in china or usa
Answer:	It is made in China but that does not take away from the quality of this lid. I use it very often and have not been disappointed in my choice to purchase this lid. Some of the other reviews on Amazon are unfavorable but I have not experienced any "flaws". I do wash the lid by hand not in the dishwasher.
Question:	Curious what size pans the Large actually accommodates? I wrote to their customer service and was told it handles 9.5" to 12". Can someone confirm
Answer:	If your pan measures 12" OUTER diameter and 11 1/2 INNER diameter (which is most 12" pans) (although most pans are made overseas, so they might use the metric system {mm} it should fit perfectly. Mine does.

Answer:	Silicone and heat resistant. Same as the rim.
Question:	Will this work on a gas stove? Some of these do not work because they get too hot
Answer:	A gas burner and an electric burner heat to the same temperature. As long as the flames aren't leaping up outside of the perimeter of the pan, I see no reason why this lid wouldn't work on a pan sitting on a gas burner. (Small pan should not go on large burner, whether gas or electric, right?)
