Answer:	This is a heavy duty, rugged, storage container, usually used for fuel. Off road Bikers often carry some spare fuel, but really need something that will not leak or dent easily.This is that. Both serve the purpose, seem to produce similar BTUs, but I feel the Cogans (for me) seems to burn longer per can. Be aware both are TOXIC if injested. Believe that Sterno "Oil" was for candles (?) You'll have to check suitability as a cookin' / heat source.

Answer:	The lever at one end is the heat for both slots. The lever at the other end is to raise wire arms to place an object for thawing or reheating.
