Answer:	I have tested it with an iPhone 6 plus that has an outer casing dimension of 16.5cm (~6.5 Inch) by 8.5cm (~3.35 inch). The iPhone and case fit comfortably; this is due to the elastic sides and a Velcro closing clasp. I will hazard to guess that it will work with larger phones up to a 2cm (1/4 inch) larger in both directions but I have no real data on that.

Dual Directional Zipper Pouch

We upgraded the zipper to dual direction. This update makes it easier for user to access and close the front storage pocket much easier, no matter which side you install the holster on your belt (lefty? we got you!).

Double Pen Loops

Two elastic pen loops to hold your writing instruments securely with your holster. An extra pen can come handy sometime.

Works for belt width 1.5 to 2 inches

For 1.5 inch wide dress pants belt use either belt clip or integrated belt loops. For 2 inch wide work belt use integrated belt loops. For most secured install we recommend using the belt loops.

For vertical install on your belt you can either use the belt clip (shown in black) or use the integrated belt loop like image shown above.

Question:	My toaster is emitting a smell like burning plastic. I can't determine source. Anyone else have this issue
Answer:	Typical of many small appliances, when brand new they emit an odor as result of dust, etc burning off the coils... This smell can be plastic-like and is unpleasant but not generally harmful. I always darkly toast a few 'throw away' slices of bread when first getting a new toaster--then toast the ones planned to eat. The toast should have no metallic or plastic taste to it then and the appliance's odor should fade to nothing within a weeks daily use or so. If not, definitely return it to manufacturers!!
Question:	On the bagel setting it only toasts one side? I used to take this for granted until I purchased a Cuisinart which does not
Answer:	Agreed. Wasted time and money researching a good toaster that only toasts one side when bagel setting is selected. It toasts both side equally when on TOAST setting and toasts both side equally when on BAGEL setting. Bagel setting reduces darkness of toast by approximately 1/2 setting. Piece of crap if looking to toast bagels as I was. I have no idea why a bagel setting would toast both sides - pointless and deceptive marketing. Anyone know of a toaster that does a good job of toasting only one side of bagels, English muffins, etc.?

Question:	How wide are the slots
Answer:	The slots are 1.5" X 5.75". This is exactly why I bought this toaster. Every other toaster I've measured in stores have slots that are only 5.5" long and that's not long enough for the rye and whole grain bread that I buy. In my old toaster I would have to cut the toast in half and toast each half separately. This is the ONLY toaster I've found that my bread fits into without having to cut it or stuff it in. Love this toaster!

Answer:	The only toasters that aren't made in China (that I know of) are Dualit (handmade in the UK) and Star Manufacturing. But, you're going to pay over $250 for them.

Question:	How does the defrost setting work
Answer:	Hi Jerseygirl1960, Thank you for your interest in this Black + Decker toaster. When this feature is selected, the toaster will automatically defrost the food and then toast it. The frozen button is used for frozen toastable foods (such as waffles, toaster pastries...). This feature may have a longer cooking time than standard toast cycles. Answer:	All I know it works compared to the previous much higher priced toaster I had. Even toast.

Answer:	Did you remove the invisible super-sticky tape that runs from the top of the slots down into the toasting racks? Why oh why do the user instructions not mention this? Now I have burned, smelly sticky tape on the inside of the toaster.👎

Answer:	Nope it heats on bottom and sides, love it!

Answer:	I don't know. I loved the convenience and size of this cooker. I used it 3-4 times a week. After a year the inside coating started to blister and flake. I threw it. The one I had before this lasted many years So something changed.

Answer:	Six 1/2 inches high 12 inches wide including the handles 8 inches deep. The lid is made of plastic so using this pot with the lid on, in an oven may not be a good idea.
Question:	How does the hard boiling egg function work
Answer:	No, it doesn't. Its simply a rectangular pan with a glass lid that heats up by sitting on the flat griddle top. I've never used that as a griddle, but there is no grease catcher anywhere.

Answer:	I am so sorry about the loss of your son. The world needs heroes like him and we are grateful. The sign is painted wood. It would get faded over time and probably not hold up for more than a year or two, but you could extend it's life by spray painting it with some outdoor-type varnish. Just a thought.

Answer:	You don't really need to "clean" it as the entire interior is nonstick, just take a dry paper towel and brush off anything that sticks. I'd take a damp soapy rag to the outside if needed, but never get it really wet or put it into water. As long as your careful and don't overfill the waffle wells you really shouldn't need to clean it at all!
