Answer:	Take a hot shower and then wash your face! It's actually really cool, you can GENTLY pull the "fake" lashes off and it looks like you've taken off for real false lashes. Again, HOT water, 10 minutes to let it soften the fiber, and then GENTLY rub your eyes with soap and let them come off. It's great, and lashes are ready the next day.

Answer:	I have purchased countless tubes of this mascara and 99% of them are completely dry upon opening. If not dry, I only get about 1 week’s use, applying just once a day! I called L’Oreal yesterday to complain and was given a refund. I’d rather they address their quality control as I love this mascara when it works and tubes are not dried out upon purchase!

Answer:	Yes it is very easy with the curved brush. Much better then a straight brush

Answer:	This may be an issue with washable version vs waterproof because the washable I wear is a dream to put on in a few strokes and comes off with a dab of tear free baby shampoo or Mary Kay oil free makeup remover (that seems rather oily?) Its never been ever clumpy and the brush comes out of the tube crystal clean except for a dab on the tip that you wipe on the rim, instead of a glob of mascara to wipe and swipe off. Unlike like Exhibitionist mascara, although a great mascara, once you wipe the gobs of it off of the brush before you apply it. Lash Sensation takes under 5 swipes to get full, soft, long, and curled lashes. Curls that lasts all day without an eyelash curler because the wand acts like a perfectly fitted cup that lifts and separate your lashes, in that “every defined lash” way, not the “spider look” way. The fullness is a kind of false lash look too, but soft lashes, not the fake stiff lashes way. I have sparse short lashes due to my thyroid disease, but every time, without fail that I wear this mascara, (I like to wear different colored mascaras on different days), I get the same comments...”oh wow mom, your eyes look really good today”. I love it that it don’t have to keep checking a mirror too, to see if I have splotches of mascara that looks like black hands reaching up from my eyes, haha. My prominent brow bone gets a lot of action from mascaras that smudge, usually the waterproof ones that remove with oils. The washable version of this doesn’t flake or smudge. I wish they made a brown in it though for blondes like me, so I can fool people into thinking these are my lashes! It’s the bomb mascara so I don’t know why it’s not in those videos of the top mascaras for 2020, or non-smudging, or last worthiness?! I hope the waterproof version I ordered today is good, but I’ll post back here if it sucks, haha. Then you’ll know it’s the waterproof version, and that the washable is the best ever!

Answer:	people can be so rude and insensitive toward gluten sensitivities. yes this mascara is gluten-free, i have celiac and this has been my go-to mascara for years.

Answer:	I have never judged it with this criteria since my lashes are naturally curled. I do recommend it. It is clear and designed to be worn over regular mascara. It acts in a similar way as waterproof mascara, but, according to a Clarins rep, is more gentle on the lashes than waterproof. I use it regularly to prevent mascara from smudging, or streaking from tears or watery eyes. If your base mascara keeps your lashes curled, it is likely that they will stay curled after applying the double fix mascara.

Question:	Does this work to help stop flaking? I have tried so many mascaras - all spectrums of makers and expense to find one thing - they all flake
Answer:	You can! It will make your lashes just a bit darker. And if you curl them first it will help hold the curt. I wouldn't use mascara if it weren't for this product. My lower lashes are long and rub against my skin. Without this they leave unwanted smudging. Greatest beauty product every invented! LOL
Question:	Can I use this product without mascara
Answer:	I use water proof makeup remover and it does the trick. It is a bit harder to get off, but that's kind of the point. I put it on my top lashes and dab it under my eyes on my eyeliner and it doesn't move until I want it to.

Answer:	I noticed that discrepancy too. The answer is that they shrank the amount of product without shrinking the price. It used to be .25oz, now it's only .20oz. That was a big disappointment to me. Back when it was all of .25oz, it only lasted one month. Now I have to replace the tube more often. I will continue to use it, however. It is the only thing that keeps my mascara from running.
