Answer:	Hello, yes this can be used on any leather boots. The leather will darken from the oils/waxes in the product. Brush clean prior to applying and apply liberally. A little bit of heat from a hair dryer or heat gun will help absorb into the leather. Buff off excess. If surface is sticky after applying, keep buffing as this is excess conditioner on the surface.
Question:	Is this food for leather furniture
Answer:	Not scented. Smells like good wax and oil. I knew Ray Holes and have used this product for over 40 years. I have revived saddles that others told me were not fixable. It is the best.

Answer:	Lexol should treat nuluxe just fine. It can treat vinyl with no problem, so I personally do not think there will be a problem with nuluxe. One thing I do know, is that the Lexol will make your nuluxe smell like it's expensive leather. If not, you've only wasted $10-12.00. No big deal. But personally, I think you'll be happy.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by "help." I've not used this product on cracked leather, but I have used a leather conditioner on boots that show some cracks. The cracks won't go away, but they won't get worse because the conditioner moisturizes the leather.

Answer:	I bought specifically to clean and moisturize my lv bags. I even use it on the canvas where it gives this beautiful gloss shine. It darkened the vachetta leather a slight smidge when i was applying it, but once it dries i felt the leather was back to its original color. The patina (darkening) of the vachetta leather happens naturally over time anyways. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Contrary to what everyone else is saying, yes, this did darken my leather boots, specifically Red Wing 875 moc toes. The change in color was not dramatic, but still noticeable, at least to me. I conditioned my boots about 2 weeks ago, and the original color has not come back.

Answer:	Mine never did, but the first jar I received seemed 'old' and smelled 'off' so I returned that one and exchanged for another. The second one was fine and worked exceptionally well, but I suppose if you live in a very warm climate, it could liquify. Mine was a soft paste and worked well. Looked just like the picture on the website. Also, it could be the result of how and how long it was stored by Amazon's fulfillment center and how it was transported to your residence if you live in a very warm climate (as we did when we were in Phoenix, AZ - always had to be careful of when we ordered certain items.)

Answer:	We actually recommend that our Leather Salve generally be used before Leather Oil, but also note that you might not need to use it at all if your leather couch is relatively new. The Leather Salve is the best product for reintroducing nutrients to severely dehydrated leathers. Our Leather Oil is great for newer leather because it will help keep the leather hydrated, but is easier to apply than the Leather Salve. The more often you refresh the leather with our Leather Oil, the less likely it is that the leather will ever dehydrate far enough to necesitate using the Salve.
Question:	is this a cream or oil based
Answer:	This 2oz size is ideal for treating several pairs of boots or handbags. If you want to treat a large item such as a couch, I would recommend purchasing the larger 5oz size tin. The larger size should suffice, and you'll probably have some left over for another couple of projects.
Question:	Does this darken tan-colored leather shoes
Answer:	Our all natural Leather Salve will darken and restore the color of leather. After about a month the color will lighten. This is what I would use for flat shiny leather.
