Question:	Why is that number 2 appearing? I can use it! The same problem as in the video someone uploaded
Answer:	Mine stay warm for around 30 minutes, with slightly decreasing heat as time goes. When it cools down I just reheat it for a less amount of time considering that it's already warm, so for about 45-50 seconds. For me, I heat one hot pocket in the microwave for 60 seconds initially. Sometimes I'll heat three at a time (cause I like one for my back, one for my neck and one for my knees) for three minutes, so the general rule of thumb is 60 seconds per hot pocket.
Question:	why does my screen immediately show the letter c? I tried everything to trouble shoot it and make it work

Answer:	No, there are no gel packs that come with it. It may refer to the inner contents of the heating pad.

Answer:	The heating pad part is 19" long and the heating wires do go pretty close to the edges. The pull-out and stretchy straps attached 1 on either side of the heating pad have hook and loop closure patches and give about another 22" which is a total of 38 working length by the time patches are lapped over to hold the pad in place. There is also another stretchy strap that attaches by hook and loop patch to those straps, as a sort of splice or extension between them which is approximately 17" long and that can give about 5 inches more when stretched all the way out so you have about 60 inches total. That extension strap is adjustable to work if you just need a few more inches, or the maximum capable of approximately 60 inches or 5 feet, at least on the one I have.

Answer:	EVERY heating pad should say that in the instructions. Of course, many people do it any way but it raises the risk of you getting burned. You're trapping the heat against yourself as well as whatever surface the pad is on- bed, chair, etc. I have used a heating pad on my back for many years now, usually leaning against it and have been fine. However, I know other people who have been burned by theirs- my mother, who was receiving chemo, got a large burn on her back. Be smart about it- check the area often and allow it to cool off completely periodically if you need to lay/sit on it.
Question:	What temperatures do the three seatings heat the pad up to
Answer:	It looks like most of the other answers from 2017 and earlier showed their pads got hot, around 140 degrees, and all the answers from 2020 say the pad barely got warm. I just tried it out today and was disappointed that it wasn't getting hot. So I used my infrared digital thermometer (doesn't everyone have one due to COVID-19?) to check the temp, and the highest temp setting was only 104. Plan to return. The only thing this pad has to do is provide heat, and it doesn't.

Answer:	It has been a godsend for me for my sciatic pain. I found relief that nothing else could provide.
Question:	Can anyone give the actual cord length in a standard measurement? I see comments saying things like "pretty long", but that's not helpful to me
Answer:	Yes, and you will need to wash it to remove the awful petroleum smell after opening. I handwashed it in the sink with 2tbs. Tide and 1/4 cup of ammonia for a couple of minutes and then rinsed well. It significantly reduced the smell to a tolerable level. Good thing because the brace works very well, better without the bad smell too!
Question:	Is the pad soft the pad I have know is hard and uncomfortable
Answer:	It will. I have a 34”waist and my mother has a 42”waist, the same product fits both of us with few minor adjustments.

Answer:	The heat is moderate- not very hot. So overlapping probably would not help your joint.
Question:	How long is the cord
Answer:	No it will not be too big. The strap is fully adjustable with Velcro on the entire length of the strap. It could be adjusted to be snug on a 24" waist, if needed. This a great warmer. I use it on my shoulder, but it would be perfect for lower back also.
Question:	What are the beads made out of, are they non-toxic

Answer:	I afraid the answer is No. The input that the heating pad needs is 120V~ 60Hz.
Question:	How do you feel like when using it at cold day
Answer:	I love this pad. It's big and cozy. With the nights getting cold, I have been placing it between the sheets in my bed so it's cozy warm before we get in. LOL I don't think you are supposed to do this, but it works. There's nothing like getting into a warm bed when it's cold outside. I remove it when we get into bed, make sure it's off, and keep it in my night stand. Probably way more info than you were looking for. But I've had mine for a bit now.
Question:	Does it come with velcro straps so I could wrap one leg long-ways and stay put
Answer:	No, it does not. In my opinion, it could wrap either above or below your knee and stay put relatively well. It is lightweight not weighted so it nay not be what you are looking for. However, I will say that this is hands-down the best heating pad I’ve ever used in my life as far as quality, even heating element/distribution, and pain relief. Hope this helps!
