Answer:	This UV-C lamp operates at a wavelength of 253.7nm. Far UV-C light is 207nm-222nm. Both will effectively kill most viruses and bacteria. Our lamp is not considered far UV-C so it is not recommended that you point the light at anyone this is strictly for killing viruses and bacteria on surfaces or food.

Question:	will this work with an R30 size flood
Answer:	Are you asking if the backlight can be turned off when you're actively using the keypad? In my installation, the backlight only comes on when there's activity on the keypad and shuts off shortly after changes are complete. Without the backlight, I can't see the text on the display well enough to change any settings. I'm not aware of a setting that turns of the backlight entirely.
Question:	Will this work with a G
Answer:	This unit works fine on my circa 1998 central air furnace/AC using G,W,Y,R wires only, so the C wire is definitely not required. My guess is if you have a C-wire, it powers the thermostat while on the wall, and the 3 AAA power it if you pull it off the wall to program it (not necessary as you can program it on the wall). If you don't have a C-wire, then the 3 AAA power it all the time. Net effect: you'll change AAA batteries more often without a C-wire. Again, just a guess, but C-wire definitely not required for this unit to work. This unit also has a lithium battery, likely for its real time clock. You activate it when you pull off the little tab during installation.

Question:	Will it work on flame tip light bulb
Answer:	Yes,It ok! It has a suction cup that grabs the old bulb and allows easy removal, You stick the new bulb to the suction cup. You then screw it in using the pole. When the new bulb is tight you pull on a string that releases the suction to free the new bulb and you are done. This is a miraculously ingenious and easy solution.
Question:	Does this work for standard a11 style bulbs
Answer:	put suction cup to top of electric bulb to install to socket. then pull string to detach suction cup from the bulb.
Question:	How does it hold onto the bulb
Answer:	As I said I wasn’t able to use the suction on the device but because of the curvature of the device I was able to apply a piece of self created double sided duct tape on top of the suction part and then that stuck onto the light bulb and I was able to remove and put in new bulbs. Yes it works with any size if you use the duct tape method. Just using it as suction did not work for me
Question:	My home has a large number of 5" diameter recessed can bulbs & smaller 2" diameter. Will this unit work on those
Answer:	I’m not sure about size being an issue. What I can tell you is, the suction cup attachment is VERY POORLY MADE. I literally changed 2 bulbs before the suction cup broke at the base, beyond any repair.

Answer:	They should, so long as the old ones are standard size. And that you have a glove or some cover over them. If bulbs are exposed, then you might need smaller or decorative bulbs. That said, you could still use these in that application if stardard size fits. If your fixture has three exposed bulbs, then consider 40 watt equivalent led. Feel free to ask follow up questions.

Answer:	There is a chance that flickering will occur at lower settings, depending upon the age and type of dimmer you have. LED bulbs require less power to operate, and if your dimmer isn't capable of "stepping down" the level of power to the bulb - then they can flicker and you may also hear a high-pitch "buzzing" sound.
