Answer:	Hi, the slots on my bit more measure 10" long by 1.5" wide. It's the four-slice model, as shown. We usually just use it for two slices cuz we like a larger wheat or long sour dough slice and this way you just have to dunk it once; no flipping to toast half the slice at a time.

Answer:	The BTA730XL Bit More™ Toaster will heat both sets of elements when the BAGEL button is pressed. However, the outside elements are only using enough power to assist in heating the bagel so it's very low. The inside elements, facing the cut sides of the bagel, are the ones that are on fully and do the toasting.

Question:	Do the heating elements move to adjust for different bread thicknesses
Answer:	I agree that the slots are big enough for sliced bagels, not a whole bagel. The heating elements themselves do not move closer to the bread/bagels, there are so-called 'clamps' that once the bread is lowered into the toaster, it will close/lock in the bread, from both sides to hold the bread in the middle of the heating elements so that the bread does not lean to one side or the other. It then releases when toasting is complete and rises to the top. Personally I think this helps to toast evenly on both sides.

Answer:	The outside gets hot and the instructions say to keep it away from flammable objects. I got mine yesterday and am impressed with how evenly it toasts.

Answer:	I'm not an engineer or product designer but in my experience the Breville's outer layer is heat resistance. No heat is emitted from the outer layer after toasting several frozen bagels. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I verified with my oven thermometer that it does in fact reach 480F unlike some competitors that can be up to 25 degrees shy of the set temp. It took 25 minutes for the Smart Oven Air to reach 480F.

Answer:	Yes it does have non-stick walls. To clean use a soft, damp sponge with a non abrasive liquid cleaner. Pour on the sponge. Voltage is 110. Watts are 1800. They recommend operating the oven on a dedicated circuit separated from other appliances. Just a tip I bought an oven liner that u put in the bottom of a regular electric oven. Cut it done to the size that fits the tray that pulls out from the bottom of the breville. The tray that pulls out is not non-stick. Clean up is a breeze. This is my 2nd breville oven. I bought the 900 model because it is bigger and fits a 9x13 pans. Gave my son my smaller oven.I love this oven a lot. The light is great, air fry does frozen French fries to perfection. Easter I cooked a 10 lb ham. In my house it's called "moms easy bake oven". Just to separate between it and the regular oven.

Answer:	The description on Amazon says the toaster is 12.3 x 9 x 8.3 inches; however one responder said the toaster is 11 1/2 by 11 1/2, which is totally contradictory to Amazon's description. Answer:	Just bought this toaster (2 slice model, August 2019) and it DOES make a high pitched sound when plugged in. It drives my kids crazy (they have better hearing than I do). I really like it otherwise, but I'm going to have to return it.
