I like to put a soft warm cloth on my nose beforehand to open my skin pores, and press gently, using a magnify in mirror which helps a lot. If it hurts to much, you will need to soften the blackhead area with warm compress before extraction

Answer:	1 pk of wafers goes a long way. I'd say about 1/2 a bag per sheet. So 1/2 a bag will make about 24 bows.
