| Answer: | A 5/16 bore, Freud specs the 22 mm diameter 62-108 bearing (a 9/16 depth of cut with the standard 2 inch diameter cutters). Suggest you do yourself a favor and purchase the arbor complete with bearing and spacers. Assorted width-of-cut come as complete sets. If you are looking to do biscuit joinery, those are 1 27/32 dia. cutters, and come as a complete set with two bearings of differing diameters. As you are slinging around a 2 inch blade at up to 22,000 RPM I would strongly suggest a 1/2 inch shank if your router will accommodate it. No bearing required if using on a router table with fence. If you wish to vary the depth of cut, you can view available bearings on Freud's site at: http://www.freudtools.com/index.php/products?c=Router_CNC&page=6 |
