Question:	What can an airfryer do that an oven can't? Seems like these are glorified counter-top ovens
Answer:	Look, these are NOT convection ovens and they put preform them by a bunch. People get this confused. Convection ovens don't use oil, got air and elements that surrounds the food 360 degrees to make it extra crispy and give it darn close to a deep fried taste. You can not get a sear on a steak that looks like you set it on a 500 degree pan on a connection oven. You have to preheat a connection oven for like 15 minutes a lot of times, you don't do that with an air fryer. A connection oven years nothing but elements that if you're lucky, will cook most of the surface of whatever you put in it. Air fryers again, are 360 degree using a combination of hot air that sounds your food evenly cooking it way faster and anytime good is cooked this way, it traps the moisture inside of it way better so food it's often juicier. (Mainly meat) a connection oil doesn't come close. Not too mention a convection oven is way tougher to clean.

Answer:	Also! There are two metal catch/release pins in the base of the air fryer that locks the drawer/basket into place. If those are rusted or hard to push down, that could be making it hard to release the drawer. I put a small amount of olive oil on them and pushed them down a few times. it resolved the issue.

Answer:	It doesn’t smoke. I put a piece of bread on the tray when I baked the bacon in it the first time because I read that it would. (I cooked 20 oz of bacon by cutting the pieces in half and putting them in the rotisserie basket. 1/4 of the bacon at a time.). The second time I air fried it and didn’t put bread and it didn’t smoke.

Answer:	I don't know what the upper grill meant, my unit no longer works. i just purchased the hot air oven.
Question:	How many people can you cook for in the 3.4 QT unit
Answer:	It will hold two smallish baked potatos cut into 1/8 size french fries. There is an additional rack included that will hold a second layer. The cooking time is so fast, you can put in a second load while the family is scarfing down the first load. We love it and use it a lot.
