Answer:	The one I received is 48” length, 25” width and 18” height.

Answer:	Brian - The cover is in storage at this moment. I measured the table that it was supposed to fit. Here are the table dimensions - 45" long X 19.25" wide X 18" tall. The cover was so large that I had to buy furniture risers (at a big box store) that were 6" tall. I set the table on the risers and the cover just barely hit the level of the deck. I hope this helps answer your question.

Answer:	It folds easily & although I haven't really measured it I would say about 2x3 feet and about 6 inches thick.

Answer:	We bought these in August 2014 and although it hasn't been 2 years, I have been impressed with how the cover is holding up. We live in Colorado and enjoy wide weather swings from bitterly cold to hot with heavy UV rays. I checked the cover out this morning and the seams still appear well intact and the fabric remains stable and durable. I'm certainly glad I purchased the table cover and when it finally wears out, I will certainly buy it again. I thought the price and quality were very good. Hope this helps.
Question:	will the cover fit a 28Dx44Hx21H table
Answer:	We purchased ours in May 2018 and it already has several rips across the cover. We live in Colorado so it does have a cold dry climate during the winter. I'm not sure what the limited warranty covers though.

Question:	How do i report a warranty claim? bought several covers in may 2019 and they all are riping when i pull them off to uncover the furniture
Answer:	No ripping and furniture was pretty clean

Answer:	This is a fitted cover meant to cover a 36-38 diameter table. The piped circle is 38 inches across and the vertical drape from that circle of is 24 inches down. While that's enough material to throw over a 54 inch table, it will not fit properly at all. I would order a 54 inch fitted size.
Question:	Is this cover suitable for winter protection
Answer:	The cover material is durable and the heavy fabric is waterproof, so I’d assume it could stand up to winter (we don’t have snow here, though). It is open at the bottom, if that makes a difference, but can be cinched up a bit.

Question:	Is this cover compatible with the veranda patio umbrella cover 78902 if i leave the umbrella in the hole
Answer:	All of the Terrazzo patio chair covers that I have purchased have 5 or 6 holes, 3/8" in diameter, underneath the flap located at the top corners for ventilation.
Question:	Does rain come in through the umbrella hole? I can't tell if there is a gap when the cover is installed around the umbrella if water will collect
Answer:	They do have high backs, for my high-back patio chairs and rocks, but don't know if they are wide enough if the swivel chair is wide.
Question:	do you have to remove umbrella, cover table, then re-insert umbrella through hole? Or is hole big enough to slip over top of umbrella while installed
Answer:	Mine don't get moldy, but I live in Southern California. They do have air vents at the top corners. The covers are very well made.
Question:	Is there a zipper near the umbrella hole for easily putting the cover on and taking it off without removing the umbrella
Answer:	I haven't had to wash mine, but I don't see why not. Nice material, more like canvas than flimsy cotton. Can be hosed off or scrubbed, I guess, but I think a laundry wash would do just fine.

Question:	What ar size dimensions for each piece
Answer:	I can tell you what the sizes are for my chairs. 26 wide x 31 deep and 36 high. The covers fit loosely so they could accommodate a chair that is at least 4" wider and deeper. Hopefully that helps
Question:	Are these supposed to be mildew resistant? We purchased some in mid-June and already have mildew showing
Answer:	I live in Texas and I have had my through two summer now... no meldew for us... there was nothing to my knowledge that stated these were resistant to meldew. Call classic customer service they will help or go to the website.

Answer:	The cover is excellent quality. I don't know what kind of chair you have, but the cover is thick, cats will have a hard time clawing through this cover. I put this on an outdoor aluminium glider chair.

Answer:	i purchased the medium one for my love seat which is 54 inches. there is obviously 22 extra inches and it is deep, but i do not think it will cover 80 inches. if it does it will be hard to take on and off because it will be too tight. hope this helps
