Answer:	I doubt it because of the screen . The grounds will be making their way through the wire screen. Are you putting in the coffee grounds before the plunger/filter? You put the coffee grounds in the empty beaker first, then the water. Allow the grounds to steep 4 minutes or so then plunge/filter down on top of the coffee grounds. Not many grounds should make it through. Especially course grounds.
