Answer:	If your item was shipped by Amazon, then you should be able to send it back to Amazon...but if it was shipped by the company "Simposh" then you must contact them to find out the return policy.
Question:	I can get my chopper apart? Are you suppose to somehow remove the clear label first. Very hard to do
Answer:	Turn the viewing pipe counter-clockwise to release from the locking notches, slide out the blade cover, rinse/wash blades with water and cleanser (use caution around the blades). The cleaning instructions are also on the box itself and also on the product listing on Amazon and the Simposh website with a very easy visual diagram showing the steps. We also just sent you the diagram via email.
Question:	Will this work well for small bunches of parsley
Answer:	Yes, it will work with parsley. There is a thumbnail video in the Amazon listing showing the product in action. Towards the end of the video there is a pic showing how the parsley will look like when chopped with the mini chopper.

Answer:	You are pounding on this thing to get your item chopped......yes, it is noisy. I have this and it was a waste of money, it is very small. I wouldn't suggest buying it, you will be chopping forever. I can dice what I need faster then this thing can chop. The bottom of this chopper is only 2" wide.....can't get much chopping done with that. Do yourself a favor...don't buy it.

Answer:	I don't think so... I think this would shred lettuce and turn it into a mush mess. Maybe if you did one or two pulls... But you wouldn't be able to do much at a time. Especially not 14 cups

Question:	Does it chop garlic well
Answer:	It's not that good for garlic, the garlic cloves tend to sit at the bottom and you wont get an even chop; however, it does work great with onions, tomatoes, herbs, and for making guacamole. I recently ordered my second chopper, I made the mistake of letting water go to the inside of the lid on the first one and the pulling cord got rotten and broke. I will make sure of taking better care of the second one.

Answer:	There are two blades...one at the bottom and one closer to the top....there is also a plastic bar which is probably for grabbing and removing the blades for cleaning...it is not a blade.

Answer:	The only actual hole in the lid is where the rope attaches to the handle on the side, the bottom can be wiped and rinsed clean without getting water inside the lid. Now I wouldn't submerse the entire lid under water but it can be simply and carefully cleaned. Above the metal blades on the center piece there is a plastic blade that spins to keep food bits from building up too much on the lid.
Question:	What's the diff. between this and the "chop chop
Answer:	The “chop-chop” is slightly larger 3 cups vs 2 cups for the “pull-chop”. The “chop-chop” also comes with a separate arm to help with chopping small amounts of herbs and garlic, basically it scrapes the bottom to lift the food into the path of the blades. There are a few esthetic differences as well. It looks like the “chop-chop” is a newer design and its currently $2 cheaper.

Answer:	.Yes. have taken Oxo up on their warranty for this product a couple times, and they replaced it free of charge. I now have my third one. I don't know if I beat my first two ones up too hard or what, but I'm going easier on this one and using it much less frequently. I'm using a mandoline for most of my dicing needs these days.

Answer:	Yes this chopper works well on foods. The more fine you want it the more you chop...the blade changes direction with every chop so it rotates the food easily.

Answer:	I don't use it with the bottom of the bowl in place, I chop on a chopping board. If the bottom is on I would say it wouldn't hold a lot; as it is I normally chop an onion in quarters and chop on the board.
