Answer:	No it does not. But the description on the page says "Meat Lug Snap On Lid (which is NOT included) is LEM Item #1173" so check that out if you're looking to buy the matching lid. I'd also say double check the measurements in the descriptions of each item. I got two LEM items (a #12 grinder and this lug) that I'd expect to fit together and are recommended together here. But they don't fit (I left a review with pictures if you want to see). So make sure it will fit before buying!

Install Meat Grinder Correctly

• Install the meat grinder in the correct way helps to make it a long-term use
• All the parts in the head should be installed in order.
• Remember to put the cutting blade after the screw, cutting plates are the next step and the cap installation is the last
• The blade side (also named flat surface) outward when installing the meat grinder. Otherwise, it may keep clogging if wrongly placed the cutting blade.
• Take it apart and double check and re-install it if you find the meat grinder doesn't work properly.

Clean Meat Grinder Correctly

• Use running water to clean all the parts after using it. Running water is enough to sweep away all the remaining meat. Dry it with clothes. Reassemble it for next use.

Answer:	There's a few things you have to keep in mind with this . . . you have to put a regular size room-temperature hot dog in this machine, it won't thaw out a frozen or refrigeratored dog. I use setting number 5 and they came out ok. The buns could be a little more toasty, but I use it every weekend and for $19.99 I think it is worth it. I live in New York and a Nathan's hotdog is about $2.75, using this machine I pay about 40 cents per dog.
Question:	Do you have to turn them when cooking
Answer:	I have not tried frozen hot dogs .. I am sure that would take longer...for regular NOT frozen.. I have always set the control for the max '5' ... they are OK with just this setting ..but when I have time I usually do them a little longer ... 1st time '5' the 2nd time ~'3' because I likem' a little crispy.
