Answer:	I haven't had any mold. Hang them up to dry after use and wash once a week. I'm very happy.

Answer:	I've washed mine several times but I probably would say a cool brown - it seems to be so hard to get a nice rich warm brown anymore.

Answer:	It is 17 1/2 inches long and 15 inches wide.

Answer:	I think it's a good size, it fits all my dishes on it.
