Answer:	The answer will of course depend on the degree of sweetness you like, but we find that about 8-10 packets works pretty well for a moderate sweetness. I believe that one packet of Stevia is approximately equal to one teaspoon of sugar as other sweetener packets are, but keep in mind that Stevia does not work as sugar does in that it provides the sweetness but not the glucose. You will find that using too much will begin to afford a bitter taste rather than extra sweet.
