Question:	Has anyone used for greek yogurt strainer
Answer:	My experience has been that a good amount of solids leak through using this product. With this product, about a quarter inch deep layer of yogurt formed at bottom of pot. The whey floating on that was opaque white (not clear). The remaining yogurt in the bag wasn't quite as thick as I expected. ( I strain overnight, often longer) For comparison, when I strain using a flour-sack dish towel, all I get is clear, pale-yellowish whey in the pot, and firm yogurt in the towel. There are other similar products that may be more suitable - I see some bags that are 100 micron vs this product's 200 microns.

Answer:	Yes, and it works very well. The longer you hang the yogurt, the more it drips and the thicker it gets. You will get thicker yogurt if you take a bottom corner and clip it to the upper portion of the bag. I use strong clips to keep the corner from slipping out. If you do this several times during a drain, you’ll end up with the consistency of Labneh.
