Question:	how to rinse the blade after use
Answer:	The opening wheel (not really a blade) does NOT touch the contents in the can. It only contacts the outside edge of the can rim. So the food is not contaminated. Sometimes, some of the food leaks out and gets of the wheel. I use a small brush dipped in warm dish water to clean the wheel. A tooth brush works great.

Answer:	Imagine getting something at the store where the package is hard plastic. You run to get scissors to cut through the package but with some effort, you still can't stretch it open without cutting further.. You then cut through horizontally from one end to the other and are trying to pry open the packaging and you cut yourself with a fountain of blood flowing out of your cut fingers. Still not frustrated?"Frustration-Free Packaging" is VERY straightforward packaging which makes opening said product(s) VERY seamless, is friendly to the environment by being recyclable, and is simply a no-brainer to open. This type of packaging comes cheaper because it is usually cheaper to manufacture a simple cardboard box/envelope (ordered in volume) versus the annoying plastic packaging or needlessly involved boxes that serve no useful function (i.e. complicated designs come at a cost).Some personal opinions:- I choose frustration-free regardless of price because of the ease of use when it comes to opening the items.- They're in some cases more reliable than the manufacturer's packaging being crammed into a box with bags of air and wiggle room in part due to shock sensitivity.- I've been cut before trying to open retail-packaged, clamshell packaging (the plastic that usually gets cut with scissors). Answer:	To be quite honest, I am not sure. A lot depends on the manufacturer's definition of "lifetime". I have several of the older type of can openers that are still working after 30 years. While I've had this one for only several months, I don't see how the "lifetime" of this type. The concept is similar with the exception of the angle of the cut. Due to the cut, it takes more pressure to turn the handle. Now you have my $0.02. A very positive point is that it allows me to use the removed top as a lid. This is especially helpful with cans of dog food. I personally am very happy with it.

Answer:	I would not recommend this product for any use. I used it 3-4 times with regular sized can and it worked poorly at best. Next time tried to use and the brand new Duracell batteries about a month later and it was not able to open anything. Wish I had returned it right off because then I found it was too late to return and I'm just out the money I paid for nothing useful. It only uses batteries and nothing "professional" about it.

Answer:	I've only used it for family sized cans, but it's tall enough to open large cans. However, I'm not sure if a commercial sized cans would fit.

Answer:	The magnet is strong enough to hold small and medium sized cans,(8oz & 15.25oz),but the large cans you have to hold.

Answer:	It is not capable of opening a jar lid as in twisting it off. I'm guessing that if you wanted to open a mason jar by cutting the lid like the top of a can then it may work, but then the lid would no longer be reusable.

I purchased a PowerLix can opener from Amazon and it is dishwasher safe and I have had it in the dishwasher several times. Look at this can opener if you want to put it in the dishwasher.

Answer:	It has plastic to help with durability and to help it be water proof so I would not wash it in the washing machine. Excellent product!

Answer:	Yes, rain will come in if you leave the hole down on the table. When we have rain, my husband pulls the middle up and tightens the velcro around the crank handle on the umbrella. It creates somewhat of a tent which keeps water from entering and the water flows down and away from the hole.

Answer:	Yes. It has a velcroix center line strip so I installed mine with umbrella in place. Good quality. Does not leak

Answer:	Water could get under the cover because the hole cover goes over the hole. With the umbrella in it would not seal properly.

Answer:	I've had little to no probs w this item, I have 2 of them, the only prob w smaller edges is the sharpening pieces are seated a 1//4 inch in so very short blades may be harder to sharpen but Amazon has a nice selection of sharpening tools.

Answer:	According to the packaging it's "made and assembled in the USA with domestic and globally sources parts". I.E., it's assembled in the USA, BUT (nothing worse than a big but!) at least some of the parts come from other countries. I CAN tell you that this is a good all around sharpener/honer for knives, but I can't tell you where all the parts come from. At least it's put together in the USA, Texas, to be specific.

Answer:	I'm not a seller but I have bought and used Dimond rods. I've never considered grit, to me a Dimond rod is a Dimond rod. I've bought them and used them and always had good results. But I've never tried this accusharp, I've always used eze lap. Ps use a sharpening steel after the Dimond rod for best results.

Answer:	The best way to answer this, I believe, is to tell you that my table has a circumference of 51 inches. We have 4 chairs, and when pushed in completely, the circumference becomes about 78 inches in order to cover the table and all chairs. Even when covering the table and chairs, that leaves about 30 inches of cover which hangs down the sides which works great for us. We love this cover. It is so much heavier and better-made than others we have purchased. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I put mine in the trash after a few months. The opener would not secure itself to the can. The knife sharpener was not that useful for smaller knifes.

Answer:	The one I got was noisy. Worked poorly for about a year then stripped a gear and quit. If yours is still in warranty, get your money back and buy a better quality one or just pitch it.
