Answer:	I have a 72" mat and it just fits. I don't think an 85" mat will fit.

It is really simple math (or common sense) - think about it - if the mat is 26" long, the bag needs to be an inch or two longer in order for a rolled up mat to fit inside. Even if you were able to stuff the mat inside the bag, it would be so difficult that you would not want to do it on a regular basis.

Question:	I see in the instructions that they state to put a piece diagonally to support the work top. Was there a place in the leg to attach this piece
Answer:	Yes, the upper leg support accommodates the (3) pieces of wood . The left & right sides of the wood are screwed into the leg support and the diagonally placed 2 x 4 is just laid diagonally across (sits on the upper leg bracket).
Question:	Is there anyway to attach caster wheels to make this easier to move
Answer:	YES! In fact it is quite easy to do , "Adding Castors/Wheels", to this workbench. As sturdy as this bench is once built it is easy to flip on it's side or back. And in that position simply attach your wheels. Just make sure you purchase GOOD wheels! And with a good mounting system. I at first tried to save a buck and bought some really cheap wheels from Amazon. Thought the wheels were rated at 500Lbs. That must have been a one time use rating! I then found a deal on Amazon for "Locking, Two inch dia., Polypropylene wheels with metal frames", Rated for 1000 Lbs. and they worked great. "STAY away from any plastic wheels regardless of the ratings!" The catch is the mounting system for the wheels. Most either have four holes you can place screws into OR a single steel 'Round", post with a metal "O-ring" to lock it in place. The latter you can order a larger plate that will attach to the bottom of the bench that the post slides up into. These worked for me. The one's with the four screws? Even with longer screws than recommended, -"4 x #8, 3-1/2" inch long, metal deck screws" they failed repeatedly. The bench weighs allot by itself and the four screws literally tore though the bottom of the bench! The wheels with a 3/8" inch metal center post worked with the mounting plates I made from heavy steel angle, "L-Brackets from the hardware store", with the 3/8" inch hole that I drilled in them for the post. With four 1" screws into the bottom but also two into the side. So that they were held both vertically and horizontally. Good luck!
Question:	Are the shelf supports included with this kit the same size as the 90124 Shelf Link units ( which accept 4- 2x4 in width) sold separately? From the pictures it looks like the ones with this bench kit are using 3 - 2x4, or one narrower
Answer:	I ordered the bench kit (90164) and the shelf link kit (90124). I did not use the shelf kit supplied with the bench kit on the bench itself. I combined them with the shelf link kit to make more shelves. They are exactly the same parts. I hope this helps.
Question:	Can someone give me a general estimated idea of the cost to assemble this assuming a table top size of around 5'x2' or
Answer:	I used sanded 3/4” sheets of plywood with a double layer on top plus all the 2x4’s and upgraded hardware. I spent an additional $450 to build mine.

Answer:	The description says rolled steel. They are quite substantial. We use on the inside of our basement door with 2x4s, so i cannot attest to whether they are rust-proof if used outdoors. They accomplish what we wanted.

Answer:	It is tight on the 2x4 in the direction that stops the door. It has to have a little up and down room to remove the board. Sometimes you don't have 3 extra feet of space to remove the 2x4 so picking one end up as it slides out helps a lot.
Question:	Can someone be so kind as to please specify what precise size screws (and length..and URL to product if possible?) as well as drill bit size (for pilot holes) you used
Answer:	I used size 14x3 (inch) screws. They're probably one of the thickest screws you can use. The thicker it is, the sturdier it'll be. Size 12x3 is a bit smaller but would still work. I recommend at least a 2 1/2 inch long screw. I used 3 inches. Again, the longer the better. Size 14 needs a 1/8 inch pilot hole into the stud. Size 12 needs a 7/64 pilot hole. You can find these screws at any DIY store.

You're cutting it close and unless you're going to rely on rolling your mat as tight as possible EVERY time and EVERY tiring session or shavasana then fine but I would just fish for a slightly bigger bag if I were you. At the end of the day, if it doesn't fit you can return it.

Answer:	It seems to come with some sort of light finish or light stain already applied, so not sure painting would be a good option. You would probably have to sand it down to the bare wood first, or at least rough it up a bit. Before I assembled mine, I brought the table top and benches down to my basement and applied seven coats of prime exterior urethane to the top surfaces. Seems to help. Didn't touch the rest of it as it's already a decent color.

Answer:	Yes, the benches are connected and I would say the tables are overall small. Fitting 2 people per seat would be a "cozy" fit.
