Answer:	I would not recommend this product for any use. I used it 3-4 times with regular sized can and it worked poorly at best. Next time tried to use and the brand new Duracell batteries about a month later and it was not able to open anything. Wish I had returned it right off because then I found it was too late to return and I'm just out the money I paid for nothing useful. It only uses batteries and nothing "professional" about it.

Answer:	We use ours about 10-12 times a month. We changed the batteries twice in a year. I would consider changing battery brands. Mine works great, on a large can like veg-all we let it run around twice to make sure it cuts the lid completely. Ours is about two years old and works great. Hope this helps.

Question:	What is the warranty? I got one as a gift and it stopped working after the 4th can
Answer:	Sorry, we had no luck with this opener. A 1 on a scale of 1-10. It was difficult to use initially and then didn't open cans at all and the opener dial was frozen shut. Amazon graciously sent out a new one even though it was slightly beyond 30 days old. We gave the brand new one immediately to charity and bought a Cutco manual can opener which is warranted for life and works easily and is a pleasure to use. The Cutco is much more expensive but the lifetime warranty on their products is great.

Answer:	Start by reading the instructions. Then ask to return the unit as it most likely work. My didn’t. The interlock switch does not engage the can either by poor design or poor manufacturing practices.

Answer:	NO! it can not open half the smaller cans that have a thicker rolled-seal lid. Piece of junk.
