Question:	How many stoppers are included in one order
Answer:	There is one stopper. It works quite well on bottles that have the wider neck ring near the rim. On my regular sparkling wine bottles, such as Mumm Napa, Freixenet, the 'wings' on the stopper were not long enough to snap down over the neck ring. So a couple of pumps adding pressure and the stopper popped right off. I kept it to use on sparkling water, seltzer, etc..
Question:	How many times do I pump
Answer:	It depends on how full the bottle is, In general, you will need about 15 pumps for 3/4ths of a bottle and 35 for half a bottle. You will start to feel a little resistance and get a sense of when you have pumped it enough.

Answer:	Hi, Thank you for your question! No, the Champagne Stopper works only for "fizzy" drinks (champagne, cava, prosecco and sparkling wine). Wine bottles have a narrower lip, and they also require a different kind of pump (regular wine requires a vacuum pump, while fizzy drinks require a pressure pump). Answer:	It works on bottles with a long neck if the neck is to short then it will not work. I am not familiar with the wines you are talking about however, if you often have wines besides those this is a good purchase.

Answer:	Yes, "Champagne stopper stainless steel" can be dishwasher "safe", provided: your dishwasher is functioning properly: 120o to 200o Fahrenheit and has: lower-temperature & air-dry settings, and you do not use extremely-corrosive cleaners or detergents. Many products have a "dishwasher top-rack only" label, which presumes that the water heating-element is at bottom; you need to be careful that top-rack only products do not fall, and come into contact with the heating element, especially when "dry". You need to protect: champagne stopper's silicone seal, which should withstand 150o Centigrade ~300o Fahrenheit. Extreme heat, contact with a "dry" heating element, can damage the silicone seal. Strong organic solvents may affect silicone seals, which are a compound of: Silicon, Oxygen, and organics. Some corrosive cleaners may damage the rivet fastening the stopper's halves together over time.

Answer:	It is made in China I am pretty certain. It is good quality and works well. It works on some wine bottles also, but not all, so that's a bonus.

Answer:	I have used this and similar products for many years and never experienced this kind of difficulty. Three possibilities come to mind: 1. the stopper you received is defective; 2. you are using it on something other than a standard-lipped champagne bottle; or 3. you are not closing it securely on both side of the bottle lip before pumping the button several times. I used this last month on a bottle of champagne and it retained its fizz for a week until I finished it. This involved opening and resealing the champagne bottle several times during the week. Question:	where is it made
Answer:	I had the same issue. The seal wouldn't seal unless I turned it all the way and it would often click/pop without fully sealing the bottle. It would take a few tries before it would partially seal the bottle. Now, despite careful use, the unit is broken and just spins without expanding. Only got a few months of sporadic use out of it. I would shy away from this model
Question:	Anybody hear it pop like it breaks if you turn it too tight? It is loose after the pop so I turned and tightened, but I'm not sure it seals well
Answer:	Beware, its plastic and it will break if you tighten it too much.- It happened to me, before tighten it you have to sit it all the way in the bottle

Answer:	I agree with Mr. Krumenauer. There are some Champagne bottles that have very large necks and it may be possible that turning the top of the sealer may not expand the gray insert far enough to tighten the bottle. I've never had that problem. When you look at the inside if the sealer do you see any cracks or odd shape? Also be sure when installing the sealer to hold the bottom half of the sealer while turning the top of the sealer. The gray insert of the sealer should expand to close the bottle neck snuggly. You can check the gray sealer by watching it with the sealer out of the bottle to see if it is expanding. Hold the bottom half while turning the top half of the sealer. If it doesn't move, it is defective and should be returned.

Answer:	Press the stopper onto the mouth of the bottle with the latches slightly open. With the stopper spring compressed, close the latches which should hook below the glass rim of the bottle opening. If the latches slide off the glass rim, which may happen due to slight variation in shape between wine brands, wrap a rubber band tightly around the closed latches to force them against the neck of the bottle. Turn the bottle on its side. It should not leak. If liquid does not leak out, then it is unlikely that gas will leak out either.
Question:	Are these heavy duty
Answer:	Not heavy duty per say but they do a good job and keep the bubbles in the champagne. I have another one like this that is a bit more solid and holds the bubbles for up to 5 days. this one is a bit cheaper and is good for a day or two of bubbles. You get what you pay for. its def one of the better cheaper options
Question:	Does this fit standard (capped, not corked) beer bottles? It'd be nice to use for 650 or 750 mL strong beers
Answer:	I am using it on a beer bottle that's 9oz and it works great, much smaller but if the opening is the same as a champagne bottle it would work (it needs the lip to clasp on to, which is why a standard wine bottle doesn't work)
Question:	This came without instructions on how to use! Can someone please give me detailed instructions on the use for this for champagne? Thank you
Answer:	After opening the bottle, put the stopper on top of the bottle & fold the arms down to catch the lip of the bottle. I found that the arms did not grab the bottle tightly enough & the stopper came off, which can be both messy & dangerous! I returned the ones I ordered.
