Answer:	I know that happens very occasionally, but almost always the cork comes out and then is expelled from the corkscrew. I live with the occasional failure since the product works almost always. Most important is to have patience while the mechanism works and not to force it.

Answer:	Hello Guy. I am not sure what a dual voltage is. As far as I know it plugs into a regular outlet. There do not seem to be any indications that the charger would require or can be plugged into anything but a 110 outlet. I did not notice anything in the directions either. Perhaps this would be a question for the seller. Other than that, this is a great item and a great seller. I love this thing. Good luck.

1. Twist off cap from top of wine opener and use the sharp side to cut and remove the foil capsule.

2. Place the wine opener directly on top of the bottle neck, ensuring that the wine opener is completely vertical.

3. Gently press the wine opener against the top of the wine bottle to activate the corkscrew, and wait until the cork has been completely removed.

4. Lift the wine opener off the bottle and turn it horizontally to automatically eject the cork!

TROUBLESHOOTING

• If the wine opener's power runs out during cork removal, do not force to extract the cork from the bottle. Simply rotate the wine opener counter-clockwise to retreat the corkscrew out from the cork, then place wine opener on the charging base to recharge.

• If cork is stuck in the opener, first make sure device has enough power then press down and hold the reset button on top of the opener for a few seconds to trigger the reset mechanism. Please exercise patience because it may sometimes require several attempts of pressing and holding on the reset button to finally extract the cork.

Wine Opener Not Charging or Holding Charge

• The wine opener may not be making contact with charging base. Clean the contacts and make sure the charging led illuminates when the unit is placed on the charging base.
