Question:	Broken cork inside the chamber that will not come out. Does the unit come apart or can the internal plastic insert be removed
Answer:	If I am understanding the question it sounds like you have used the opener to take a cork out of the bottle and now the cork is inside the opener. If this is the case just use the down arrow position on the black control a dot will bring the cork out of the opener. If you are asking how to remove the metal cover from the bottle itself, there is a clear plastic cutter that comes with the opener. Hope this helps! It’s a good opener!
Question:	How do you know when yhis is fully charged
Answer:	I have used the manual version of this type (called Screwpull, which is no longer anailable), where the screw goes all the way through the cork, for at least 15 years and have had absolutely no problem with the occasional bit of cork in the wine. That happens about one in 10 corks. That's one reason why the appropriate way to pour is to give yourself a small pour first, before serving your guests, so the cork goes into your glass where you can dispose of it. So, this should not be a problem.

Answer:	Battery is internal/build in and its not changeable. Not an AAA or AA battery required. Its build in and charged only.

Answer:	I own one and it works perfectly. I sent out a number of them as gifts, asked Amazon to gift wrap it, and to put a gift card in the box. I have no idea what it looks like, but the thank you's from the recipients are all positive!

Answer:	I don't think so. The charger is small and converts 120 Volts AC and outputs 9Volts DC @ 200 Milliamps to charge the unit.The unit runs on battery power.

Answer:	One comment indicated that this wine opener had a built-in rechargeable battery...another comment indicated that this unit cannot be disassembled. This unit cannot be be disassembled and the typical battery life is as stated. I purchased mine December 31 of 2016 and as of October 29 of 2019 it opened (barely) it's last bottle of wine. Will be looking for another brand that might last a little longer, however this was a great opener for the time I had it.
