Answer:	I don't honestly know, since I didn't use it for that. I was interested in something for really dry, cracked feet and it worked beautifully for that. There is a noticeable difference immediately, but the effects are cumulative so best results are obtained by regular use.

Answer:	Once a day, and results in 2 days! Yippee!!!! I had an extremely itchy rash and little pimples all over from staying in sweaty gym clothes too long, which lasted 5 months!! Use it to spray the arm pits first then soap up last. The vinegar actually kills and breaks up the bacteria that has been growing under the arms. My son comes out squeaky clean and smelling great. Answer:	Put one hand on top of the pump and twist to the left so it turns the pump spout. Twist the base of the bottle the opposite way as you are turning the pump. This should cause the pump to release so it can be used.
