Answer:	Mine did not. But it holds a great charge. And make it go backwards when putting the cork back on. The light stays red.

Answer:	First, let me say that this is a great product, almost a conversation piece when we entertain. As to your question: It may be a bit unwieldy for a servers apron. It is about 10" tall & about 2" in circumference. It also requires a firm grip on the bottle when operating the opener as its very powerful & could easily spin the bottle. Again, we love the opener but would not use is in that manner.

Answer:	It’s aluminum and can go in the dishwasher, however, it will eventually get scratched and become dull and water spotted.

Answer:	No. Krug bottles are a little wider than most standard Champagne bottles and too wide to fit into the Huski Wine Cooler.
Question:	Does this fit double bottles
Answer:	No, it doesn't fit 1.5l wine or champagne bottles (magnums). Fits most standard size 750ml wine and champagne bottles. It also fits bottles of a similiar size and shape including the big 1l SodaStream® bottles.
Question:	Will it fit a bottle of La Marca Prosecco
Answer:	Hi - thanks for your question. We haven't tried the Huski Wine Cooler with this brand of Prosecco as yet. However, if you have a bottle to hand to measure, the Huski Wine Cooler will fit 750ml wine bottles with a maximum diameter of 90mm and a maximum shoulder height of 210mm. The shoulder height is measured at the point at which the bottle has a diameter of 65mm. I hope this helps :)

Question:	is it dual voltage
Answer:	Hello Guy. I am not sure what a dual voltage is. As far as I know it plugs into a regular outlet. There do not seem to be any indications that the charger would require or can be plugged into anything but a 110 outlet. I did not notice anything in the directions either. Perhaps this would be a question for the seller. Other than that, this is a great item and a great seller. I love this thing. Good luck.
Question:	I used this for the first time and it took the cork out of the bottle just fine but it won't release the cork.. How do I get the cork out of it

Answer:	By itself yeah with no ice in it but you can just chill it in the freezer then put the bottle in it later to keep the bottle cold
