Answer:	Love this towel. I am embroidering on it. It is not 2" thick. I think it probably meant it was 0.2" thick. It wrinkles when washed and needs ironing.

Answer:	Have you reported this directly to Amazon or have you only notified the vendor? They should send you one more or give you a partial refund.
