Answer:	California has strict laws with respect to chemicals in products. They are a precaution. I don't worry about it. The chair is amazing for my poor back, and I love it.

Answer:	The chair reclines fully so you can lay out flat in it so you'll have to be the judge of how far from the wall you want to be without hitting it.

Answer:	If you received it and the motor doesn't work the company should exchange it for you for free. If the motor stopped working after you had it and the warranty expired, I would think you can get a new one on Amazon.

Answer:	Not fully flat, but pretty far back. I slept in the chair for a straight 3 1/2 months after surgery and it was fine.

Answer:	I haven't had them shrink for me. I do wash with hot water, rinse with cold, and tumble dry most of the time. These haven't lost their shape, distorted the embroidery design or shrunk away from the fabric borders I've added.

Answer:	These are the same size, and more expensive than the Osocozy bleached cotton (white) flat diapers you can buy from Walmart online. The diapers seem fluffier, but I'll see whether there is a difference in absorbency after they have been washed and dried a couple of times.

Answer:	After umpteen runs through the washer and dryer mine still measure a relaxed 27" x 15 1/2".

Answer:	They are very absorbent *but* it takes a number of washes for the absorbency to really shine. Initially they are flat and taut and crisp, but after some regular use and multiple washes, the waffle pockets puff up and soften. There is minimal shrinkage along the seams—they’re still mostly rectangular and not at all shredded or linty after years of use and over a hundred washings—no pilling either. Think of them like a good pair of jeans: they will last for years, but recognize at the outset that they do have a break-in period. Buy a dozen and see how you feel in a year. I got my first pack about 3 years back and have bought a couple dozen more since. I use them literally every day. They are excellent.

• Wash towels before first use. Towels will lose any lint remaining from the weaving process, and will become softer and more absorbent after washing.

• Wash: Use Cold water, Color Separated; DO NOT use bleach

• Do not use fabric softner (coats the cotton fibers causing towel to become less absorbent)

• Dry towels in Tumble cycle to minimize shrinkage.

• May be ironed with low heat.

Answer:	I am sorry I can’t answer that. I hung them up as a decoration. They look nice and are well made.
Question:	Has anyone ordered the pink or neon green towels. Are they really that bright
Answer:	There are no chemical treatments added to these towels nor are they water repellent.
Question:	Do these really take 3-7 months to ship
Answer:	They stayed mostly flat. The quality of this item makes factory seconds look attractive. These towels are made in Pakastan and the sales are probably supporting the Talaban.
Question:	Has anyone embroidered on these towels
Answer:	They are made in China. They are nice quality and have held up very well.
