Answer:	I think you should contact the manufacturer. I have the same chin strap, I hand wash mine in warm water and let it drip dry. No problems so far.

Answer:	No! There is some contour on the bottom part to prevent light from coming in, but it still presses on the eyes, which is the primary reason I returned this mask.

Question:	Will it work with a mirage quattro mask
Answer:	I use them with my mask AirfitN30i and also my previous mask which was a mirage FX mask. After looking at the mask you wear the Quattro FX, I think it should work fine. I only bought 1 package (2 inside) for the bottom straps because that's where I get indentation marks on my checks. I don't need to use them across my forehead. Mine work great. I love them. I can't say they totally prevent indentation marks; however, they do help with "less" indentation marks and it's quicker for these marks to go away. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Hello, the velcro is sewn on in a way that either the beige side can be chosen to be on the outside, or the camouflage side can be chosen to be on the outside.

Question:	How do I clean the large particle filter
Answer:	Not sure...all I have done is scrape with my nails as instructed by the person that delivered my cpap machine. I do change weekly the small one and was washing it prior to my purchase or receiving them from my supplier. Went out of town for four days and when I came back both filters were black....washed both and ruined the big one, glad I had made this purchase as my supplier is only sending the smaller one and this one fits to a t!!
Question:	How often do I change the filters? Due to #s supplied, fine filter should be changed at half the interval of the coarse
Answer:	Change them as often as you like. Thats the idea of buying your own. You dont have to go by the insurance company rules for how many you can have or use. Personally, I change my filters when the ones in use are obviously dirty. If they are white or close to white, I leave them alone until they arent white or close to white anymore. I would consider this common sense. The bottom line is that it would be up to you as to how often you'd like to change your filters.

Question:	Currently use a phillips dream station 6' heated hose. hose connection is a little too large for the mask housing. should i be using another hose
Answer:	Which Cpap mask are you currently using? Most people that state an issue with connecting the quick release tubing, they usually forget to remove any old adapter from their previous Cpap mask. This would be the only reason why you would not be able to connect the quick release tube to your current Cpap tubing.
