Answer:	No, but it slides back under the table top. We never use the cup holder and I never use the table if I am serving something hot as the table can easily come off the legs if you pick it up.

Answer:	Probably around 2 pounds, maybe less.
Question:	What material is the table made of? Plastic
Answer:	Its plastic. If you make sure the table support is centered, it's fairly sturdy. If you mis-align it at all, it bends very easily and a heavy plate will slip.
Question:	Does tables come already assembled
Answer:	No, you have to assemble them. It's pretty simple, though.
Question:	Not sure if you can answer ..... but how stable is it? Will it sway, say more than an inch side to side
Answer:	It’s not stable enough to lean on or press on when getting up. Sway is about an inch. I don’t have the stabilizer bar in between the legs, though.

Answer:	The surface is unbelievably smooth. I can’t imagine it being jagged whatsoever. I slide my hands across the surface just cause of how cool and smooth it feels while I’m working.

Answer:	For the smaller table, which we own, the distance between the fully extended legs width-wise at the bottom measuring from the contact points of the legs with a flat surface is 24".

Answer:	It doesn't for me even with the legs extended. Depends on the length of your legs.

Question:	Would this fit on a wide leather arm; also, my couch is an electric recliner - will this be in the way of the controls
Answer:	it will fit on a wide arm. had to send it back because my arms are vey shallow and cant get it far enough down in to couch to hold. Really looked like it would work on a deeper couch arm
Question:	I have a leather recliner with (sort of) thin arm rest.will this holder fit on my chair
Answer:	It will, I have the same style recliner, it does tip slightly with the movement of the chair, but so far so good.
Question:	Will this stay on a leather stuffed 12" wide arm
Answer:	It most likely will, but you want to have enough space under the seat cushion for the leather flap with the bar to tuck under, especially if you have a chair with narrow arms . This or enough space for the leather flap with the bar to extend, or hopefully totally extent, straight down pass the seat cushion towards the floor, on the inner arm side, so it can have something to grip to. But on the other hand, the bar may not need to tuck that much under the seat, or need to go too far straight down the inner arm, since your chair arms are wide. I'm saying this because mine didn't work too well for me, because my chair arms are only 3 inches wide, and the seat cushion is sown to my chair, (to the bottom and to the inner arm), leaving me no where to tuck the leather wrapped bar under, nor enough room to extent it downward. Plus like I said, my chair arm is only 3 inches wide. It seems like the wider the chair arms, the better, as long as it's not wider than 11 or 12 inches. However it works well on my leather couch with 11 inch wide arms. Although this couch has it seats sown on the bottom, it's not sown to the inner arm, like my chair is. This gave me enough room to fully extent the leather wrapped bar downward, giving it something to grip to. So I only use it with my couch, and it it works very well on it.

Answer:	Here are the measurements of the table with the ridge. The ridge is maybe an inch TMXL Dimensions Tray: 20” x 25” Leg width: 22.75” Height: 22.5” - 29.5” Weight: 11 lbs
Question:	Will the legs scratch a wooden floor when one pulls the table towards the chair
Answer:	I we didn't take the chance of scratching. We put the felt spacers on the legs and it works great. We love the tray.
Question:	how hard is it to asseble and do i need tools
Answer:	It's easy to assemble w/o tools. The base/legs go together sort of like a vacuum cleaner tube - insert one tube inside the other, push the buttons in and slide the tubes until the buttons pop into the holes. There are two height levels. It has a lip on the top to keep things from sliding off. The drawbacks to this table is that there's no way to keep it from unfolding while you're carrying it after it's assembled and you fold it up. I bought it for my elderly mother and it's a little too hard for her to handle easily.
Question:	is this sturdy enough for a laptop??? and what about a glass to drink from
Answer:	I use mine for my 17 in laptop and still plenty of room for echo, and remote to TV and phone. I have put drinks on it and it is flat and stable, sturdy, but yes any drink can spill if you hit the table. I love mine. This is my third table mate and I love the new larger size in grey (hides the dust, had black before). I have mouse to right of laptop with still plenty of room. I would never go back to smaller size.

Answer:	This can hold 10-15 pounds. I've had my table for 1 year and it has held up well. The table has never been perfectly level - it arrived with a slight wobble and it wasn't worth sending it back to get a new one that was 100% level. It is a good table and worth the price.
