Question:	Just got the riveter. Does the addition nosepieces (1/8-inch, 5/32-inch, 3/16-inch, 7/32-inch, and 1) come in the box? No nosepieces in box
Answer:	If you grab the brown paper roll, with your hand wrapped all the way around the middle of the roll, while it’s still on the blue handle, and pull from there, it comes right off. I was trying to push in the blue pieces at the top of the roll and a few other ways but nothing. Pulling from the middle is the trick.

Question:	Can I use this tool with rivnut plus rivets
Answer:	I had similar issues. Try adjusting how you are using the tool so you don't put as much force on the threads. Replacement mandels are cheap and can be found on Amazon, but they wont be any stronger. If you are using the tool correctly even the larger sizes should only require a small effort. If you are trying to be hulk with it, you're using the tool wrong.

Answer:	No. They will not hold it in place and most likely it will get damaged when it falls.

Answer:	These don't even resemble Velcro. They are fasteners as stated, but they're like pegs/posts that press fit into each other. It's a proprietary fastener, so I would not trust it to hold the hook side of Velcro. They do work well though, depending on your application.

Answer:	It worked extremely well with 3/16 1.2 inch aluminum. My guess is if the manual says 1/4 works it will. The tool doesnt seem to be lacking in the power department at all. Its very powerful and solid. Not a single hick up
Question:	How tight of a space will this tool work in
Answer:	I’m in the auto mechanic business as well as use them on foreign cars such as Mercedes, BMW, Audi’s and more. You just need 1/2” clearance for the head. Their are also offset Heads you can change into this part as well which I’ve down. I’ve NEVER had an issue with clearanceA, you just need to think and find the correct angle to attack your project at, or remove the part and use it rather then it being on the vehicle. It does amazing work on window regulators that I’ve fixed with the door panel removed and used the Pneumatic Rivet Gun into the door. And it is simple to set fresh TIGHT rivets on those window regulators. Also used it on quite a few jeeps that wanted their Plastic like texture flairs installed with rivets. I would mark the holes with a dot after measuring and asking the customer how many rivets they want on it. Then drill the small tiny holes, or larger holes on the original fender flair, lime up the extended aftermarket fender flair, then river them in with the tool while the tires are installed. Afterwards I’d finish up with a cordless Dremel and cut the old factory fender flair 1/16” on the side right before it meets the new riveted extended version. Then use the cordless Dremel again with multiple flap tools to shave down the sharp edge and add matching paint along the bare exposed metal from the inner fender section that was cut.

Answer:	When I contacted the manufacturer of this item they said it does 2,423 lbs of pulling force. I tested it and the readings were consistent at 2,480 lbs.

Answer:	Sorry, don't know and not sure it matters. We have been using it to pull 1/4 and 3/16 inch steel shank rivets and it pulls them with little effort. I was a bit sceptical about 1/4 inch before trying it but I was pleasantly surprised when we put it to use.

Question:	How do you determine what should be the amount that the rivet nut is compressed
Answer:	It depends on who made the Riv-nuts. Mine are as follows. 10/32 thread 19/64" drill 1/4-20 thread 23/64" drill 5/16-18 thread 29/64" drill 3/8-16 thread 1/2" drill You need to use a bit that provides a hole that is just large enough to slide the Riv-nut into. Lee

Answer:	i returned this particular kit altogether, go for the astro brand instead.
Question:	How do I get replacement tips? My kit did not include the 1/4 or 5/16 adapters, just the metric ones and the 3/8 x

Answer:	I don't know about rivet nuts , but it is a great rivet gun much better than any others i have ever used.
Question:	Are the handles supposed to be out of line with each other
Answer:	They just look like that. Even looking at mine, they look like one is longer then the other, but when you put both handles down on a level base, the tool is perpendicular
Question:	how thick metals can you rivet? I want to rivet 1/4" metal to reinforce the flood of a vw floor pand for seats and seat belts. I donot have a welder
Answer:	You are only limited by the length of the rivets that are available to you. I riveted some 1/8th angle to the frame on my golf cart for my battery box with 1/4 inch stainless steel rivets with no problem at all. You shouldn't have any problem reinforcing your floor pan.
Question:	does it crimp hollow rivits
Answer:	It only works with hollow rivets, meaning the ones that have a shaft that snaps off at the specified tension, aka "poprivets". I drilled out about thirty 3/16 inch aluminum rivets and replaced the with 1/4 inch aluminum rivets and it did a great job.
