Answer:	The towel certainly doesn’t feel like a terry/cotton towel. I generally use it for my long hair. However I just wrap and pat on my body it is not ruff. My experience is the longer I use it the more supple it becomes.

Answer:	Not, I use very large ice cubes,usually put two plus some loose small ice after 6 hours the large ice had not melted yet. Best use put large chunks of ice instead of small ice and you cover it with a towel and keep it out of direct sunlight.

Answer:	It is probably not going to add much thickness. I purchased it because it is extremely lightweight and portable for frequent air travel. It is slightly tacky, so good if you sweat, but it doesn’t provide a lot of cushion.

Answer:	I used it outdoors for goat yoga inland grass, and it was fine for me. Also...very easy to clean with..ahem...harsher cleaning chemicals when nature called the goats...
Question:	Are these towels the exact same as the "car wash" towel
Answer:	I'n not sure. However, the mat looks like it was made out of a plastic textured, non-slip material that is sturdy and easy to clean. So far so good, my mat is still in good condition and very convenient for me to use when I am working out at the gym or traveling out of town. It's worth the investment especially if you work out or do yoga on a daily basis.
Question:	What does 320 gsm mean ? also
Answer:	If you're looking for this to be your 'stays in my carry on' mat - it is kind of big compared to other travel mats. It folds down great, but it's a thicker mat that I find to be overkill for hotel room yoga (I'm very happy I have it if I get time to hit a studio when on the road though). I use an international size carry on and this mat takes up about 1/4 of my suitcase.

Question:	is it necessary to soak it? I just want a towels to clean my sweat. Would it work in that way
Answer:	The description is misleading, it DOES NOT turn off after 15 minutes of inactivity BUT will after 15 minutes of non-connectivity, meaning if you terminate the Bluetooth connection then and only then will it turn off. I purchased under the assumption it would turn off after inactivity which is not the case. There is a newer version of this unit but not sure they corrected the problem, I still may return.
Question:	How long does it stay cool
Answer:	As long as you do not recieve a product with defects, then yes it is completely waterproof and will be fine. I recommend sealing the dust covers before hopping in the pool -- all you have to do is check that they are popped in just like smart phone covers it has a soft rubber dust cover over buttons and charging port

Answer:	There's a red light when it's charging and I think it just turns off when it's done? I can't remember off hand but if the light doesn't turn off it changes somehow. I usually just plug mine in and leave it for a couple hours (you can't use it when it's charging btw) and it's good to go.

Answer:	I would try holding down the power button until you hear it chime. Or even charge it..maybe it is blinking blue to show you it is dead?

Answer:	If the battery dies, you can plug it in to charge. It always connects to Bluetooth upon start up unless you disable the Bluetooth on your device (ex. phone) not sure about fm. I only use with pandora.

Answer:	No. I used it for listening to my playlist on youtube. It only move and play the next or previous track. I love it! It looked small but the sound can be loud. I used it in the backyard while swimming in the pool. They said it is waterproof but the usb silicone cover came off so won't risk it getting all wet.
